We had planned this trip with a lot of excitement just to please him, as he wanted to ride the SunRail train from Orlando to Downtown Sanford. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare due to the absolute irresponsibility of this transit service.I checked the official trolley information board, and the last trip of the night was scheduled for just after 9:00 p.m. Being cautious, we were waiting at the stop starting at 8:00 p.m. However, the trolley never showed up to pick us up and take us back to the station, breaking its own schedule and leaving us completely stranded. Because of this, we missed the last train back to Orlando.The situation was extremely critical and dangerous for two reasons:Wheelchair Accessibility: My son uses a power wheelchair. Since we had no accessible transportation, we had to wait sitting on a sidewalk bench until 12:00 midnight for a family member to drive all the way from Orlando to Sanford to pick us up and take us back to where we had parked our minivan. Since their car did not have enough room for the power wheelchair, I had to leave it stored at a local ice cream shop (I am infinitely grateful to that business for their big heart) and return to Sanford the next day just to retrieve it.Medical Equipment: Most seriously, my son relies on medical oxygen. The tank began to run low, and he barely had enough left because, due to this transit service, we did not make it back to our home in Orlando until almost 1:00 a.m.This is a complete lack of respect, a potential medical emergency caused by negligence, and a violation of accessibility laws. If you publish a schedule on your information board, you are obligated to follow it. The awful experience, the anxiety of watching the oxygen tank drop, and the complication of leaving the wheelchair behind completely ruined what should have been a special day for my son. Do not trust this service.

This last trip rather than trying to juggle everyone's schedule I looked into Executive Livery to go to the Orlando Airport. That was a great decision that I highly recommend. When I went on the site I was a bit surprised that I needed to enter my contact info and I believe it was a Sunday. But I received a call back within 15 minutes at the most! The whole process was an absolute breeze. I spoke with Jeffrey Kabool, the owner, who discussed itinerary and needs with me. Everything was set up that day for a very reasonable price. I was informed who my driver would be the day before my trip and when he arrived in the compound he asked where I preferred for him to park (below ground or above). Of course he loaded the luggage and the vehicle was stocked , in case I was thirsty. The trip was comfortable and went by quickly. So rather than either trying to get connecting flights and switching planes to get a direct flight into Melbourne Florida, or inconvenience family or friends to have them pick you up or drop you off to or from Orlando, by all means give Executive Livery Service a try.

I received a confirmation email about a week before. Upon landing, at 11:30pm there was no driver to be seen and their office was closed. They never showed up. And worse yet, when I called I had to call 3 times the following week to finally get an answer as to why I didn't get a car, and they simply said " your driver wrote the wrong date down". I was less than satisfied and I will never book with this company again. Be ware if you don't have a back up plan, you never know when they just might "forget you".
