    Called the day before to make a reservation to be picked up early to be taken to the airport the…read morenext day. When talking to the person on the phone, he mentioned that I would get a phone call 30-45 minutes prior to be picked up so I know they are coming for me. I wake up early and expect a phone call. No phone call. I go downstairs to wait for the taxi and no one comes at my scheduled pick up time. Immediately, I call, and the person on the phone said a taxi (Michael in taxi 90) will be there to pick me up shortly. I get a phone call from the taxi driver saying he is a couple blocks away. Ok cool, I think, he's close by and will be here soon. 10 minutes go by and I'm still on the phone with him. He had no idea where the hotel was located and how to get there. He was asking me about street locations and how close I was to them. I am from out of town and could not answer his questions. The front desk lady at the hotel was wondering what the heck was happening with my taxi. As I was in the phone, the taxi company calls but I wasn't able to answer. I watched as a taxi pulled in front of a different hotel and then saw it swing over to my hotel. After he put my luggage in his taxi, I find out he wasn't the person I was talking to! What the heck is going on??? The other guy pulls in and my luggage gets moved over to the new taxi. Fine, I'm thinking, at least the taxi is here even if he is 15 minutes late. He starts driving and we end up hitting every red light at 5am!!! Ugh... at this point, I'm thinking what else can go wrong? He ends up taking the normal streets (no freeways) all the way there. While he is driving he's giving me a tour. I'm not interested in sightseeing in the dark. I just want to get to the airport! Then, he starts texting while driving. He's driving 10 below the speed limit because he's texting. Now, I'm wondering if I will make it to the airport alive. We finally make it near the airport, and he starts telling me about how he has been working all day and how he just got my info to be picked up. Then he said he can't take credit cards because his Square app isn't working and the little gadget is broken. The only way to pay is with cash. Seriously? Everything that can go wrong has gone wrong. Luckily, I have enough cash. The fare was $53. $53?? I can't believe how expensive it was! My fare from the airport to the hotel was not that much. I end up giving him $60 cash just so I can get away. I can't help but wonder if I was completely taken advantage of in the drive over and then the credit card issue. Anyways, long story short I cannot recommend using this service. Find a different taxi company.

    I thought I reviewed Mears yesterday, but I must have been mistaken or it didn't post…read more We experienced Mears when we were in Orlando going to Disney World. I did a lot of research on transportation before our trip and I learned there used to be a free shuttle from the Airport to Disney World. That was discontinued a few years back, I'm not sure how many years ago. I am surprised that they took it away for the price we paid for the hotel it should include the shuttle. When we were waiting in baggage claim, which had some machinery malfunction so it was taking longer then normal, he check out UBER and the price was sky high at this time at night. We arrived at the airport around 6pm on a Saturday. I told him about Mears and the mixed reviews I've seen about them. He went to there website, saw the price and he was sold. So after getting our luggage we went in search of them. We went out to the street and asked at the Taxi Cab station how much a taxi would cost then we asked where Mears was and they pointed us that way. We walked down the side walk and came upon the Mears busses and we were guided inside. Once inside we saw a welcome booth and kiosks. We asked at the welcome booth the procedure and they pointed to the Kiosks. We followed the prompts and signed up. Once signed up the Welcome booth people pointed to the lines. The line was pretty short when we arrived. We would share a bus with the Animal Kingdom Lodge and All Stars. As time when on the line got longer and longer and the wait time increased. I think we waited around 45 minutes for our line to be called. Once we were called we headed to the bus. They asked us where we were staying and put our luggage in the correct hull. It was well organized. As we arrived at the Lodging they were able to just open a single hull and pull everyone's luggage out. Ours was the last stop. It would have been nice to be the first stop, but for the price you really can't complain. The bus was very plush. The seats were fabric and plush with headrests. There was even a bathroom in the back that no one used. Everyone was excited to be here and exhausted from traveling all day.

They have a stupid policy you must be there 15 min early or they leave you and charge you. I asked for a refund and the guy on the phone said he couldn't do it and I'd have to fill out a form online. Don't trust your family travel with this scam company even Uber calls you before they leave we were walking up as our driver left.

    We attempted to get an Uber/Lyft at 4:30am Sunday Morning to get to the airport. No one would…read moreaccept the drive. We were forced to quickly find taxi service to make our flight on time. Google search recommended 24seven taxi. Fee was twice as much as Uber/Lyft. But we needed to get to the airport so we accepted. "Olu" arrived in a reasonable amount of time. He helped load the luggage into the vehicle. He was pleasant to speak with. About half way through the drive he asked if we had and could pay with cash. He said the company would refund the credit card charge after the fact. During the drive I checked my bank statement. The charge "finalized" before we arrived at the airport. He continued to ask for cash and said "the owner will call you". I showed him that the transaction has already gone through. "I'm not going to pay you twice and get no receipt that I paid in cash". BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their phone number immediately hangs up on you. Their social media is spotty at best. I attempted to give them the opportunity to respond before writing this. I received no response. He also had the nerve to ask for a "gift" after attempting to shake me down for cash and credit card payment. Maybe this is a single driver issue? Maybe the driver was the owner? Pay the extra money to schedule an Uber/Lyft ahead of time when needing a ride at a low volume time. ***Update**** Owner called me to apologize about the situation explaining he is attempting to have drivers take payments directly to cut out a middle man (card processors), but the online functionality has not been disabled to allow for clear communication between clients and drivers. If this had been clear ahead of time, we would have had a much better experience.

The ones running the company really cared about customer service, but my driver was more worried about making an extra dollar the wrong way. he Claimed we over loaded his car with luggage when it was three bags that sat on laps for the ride He added 20$ to our original price that I negotiated over the phone. only reason we used this company was because they claimed they could have 2 cars for us at 5:30am which they didn't end up having.
