I have never had such poor service. I was really excited to be getting my hair done. It's been 8+…read moreyears and after seeing her work I decided I would try a small local business. Talked to her about what I wanted before three days before and I didn't know if highlights or bayalage was right for me. I also had found a groupon for highlights, cut, and style for 54 dollars so I purchased that just in case. I showed up to my appointment on time and proceeded into the room. She asked what I wanted done and I told her I still wasn't sure if I wanted highlights or bayalage. I told her I like bayalage but have seen them come out gold/orange and didn't want that. She said "not when it's done right". Then showed me a couple hair samples just to be sure we were on the same page. Well as she is taking off the product she tells me my hair didn't take and she didn't want to ruin my hair and to come back in 6 weeks for lighter (at my expense). It ended up golden brown or orange on the ends and completely not what I asked for. She charged for the bayalage, cut, and style even though my hair didn't take and looks a shade lighter then I walked through the door. I was also told by her that she doesn't guarantee hair color. I'm out 150 dollars and extremely unhappy. Go somewhere that knows what they are doing and can make things right for their customers. I did contact her before writing this to give her a chance to make things right with me. She could only have me come back in a week and she would try to fix it but I would have to pay for the product because it wasn't her fault it was my hair.

Unfortunately many of the beds need bulbs replaced or require maintenance and have been that way for months. I pay for a level 4 package and I love the stand up but there are 16 bulbs that have been out and the lay down, only one side of the facial works. If you wanted to do an upgrade to a level 5 bed... good luck, it's been under repair for almost a year. It never used to be like this and I've been a customer for almost 5 years now...
