The person who answered the phone was very cheerful and was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly. When I walked in to this location, I was greeted by the front desk associate. She was very friendly and it made me feel valued and welcomed. She told me that my stylist wasn't there yet, but would be with me as soon as she arrived. My stylist, Sarah, arrived a few moments later and warmly greeted me. I followed her back to her station, and we talked a little bit about what I was looking for. I showed her a photo I found on Pinterest, and she said she would be able to help me achieve the hairstyle I was looking for. I went in with hair a little longer than my shoulders, and left with a very cute pixie haircut! Sarah did a great job balancing conversation with efficiency in her service. I enjoyed how quickly yet thoroughly she was able to cut my hair. I received a wash, and she put curl cream in my hair when she was done. I appreciate the extra attention to detail she gave to my hair. I was very nervous going in, but I appreciate that she didn't hesitate to give me what I wanted. I am a male that came in a for a TRIM ONLY(i asked for 1.5 inches off). yes i know a guy going to a salon isn't very normal but when you have pretty long hair for a guy you cannot go to a barber. not only did this person cut off double the length that i wanted, they cut my hair uneven. the right side of the front is short while the back is long and the front left side is too long with the back too short. no because who actually hired this person. u butchered my shi and now i have to let it regrow for the next COUPLE MONTHS. did not leave the house this weekend. will be having my hair in a headband everyday until i can look in the mirror again without laughing at how i look. p.s. the hot towel and shampooing was nice lol

My grandma now goes to her and this was my first time switching over to her. She was AMAZING fitting me in a little last notice (my vacay snuck up on me and I DESPERATELY needed a hair cut). We had a miscommunication about my appointment time and she went so far above and beyond to make it up to me. Plus I have cancer and am going to have to back on chemo which really thins my hair. She was so kind and considerate of this and helped me pick a style that would keep my hair looking thicker. I honestly just can't say enough good things about her. She's very passionate about her career and it shows. Not to mention everyone in the salon (even costumers) were so kind, very comfortable environment. Highly recommend.
