RUN!!!!! This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had. I was assigned the wrong surgery procedure and had I not caught it on pre-surgery paperwork, I would have accidentally gotten a hysterectomy. I used Dr. Fuller for 2 out of 3 of my births. The office staff was always wonderful to me, including dr. Fuller until my 3rd pregnancy and birth. The first birth ended in my water breaking 5 weeks preterm and my experience was very good. Despite my water breaking dr. Fuller fought for me to stay pregnant while we strengthened my baby's lungs and I was able to have a VBAC as I wanted and my baby was born healthy and strong. In my next pregnancy, i was under high alert and was treated with dignity until I contracted covid in my 37th week of pregnancy. I was refused care until I could provide a negative test result - which finally happened at 39+6 days. My labor started the next day. Went fast and hard. When I arrived at the hospital my contractions were 30 seconds apart and PRODUCTIVE. I asked for an epidural and the technician doing the procedure took more than 30 minutes of failure before the actual anesthesiologist was available to come do the procedure right (and got it first try). Because of this, my body was worn out. But, instead of changing the position I was birthing in when I could not properly push on my back, she opted for forceps after my first round of pushing. I did not understand at the time just how dangerous forceps are, and frankly in that moment I could not properly advocate for myself. Thankfully, my baby was unharmed...but not me. The care I got by Dr. Fuller was kneejerk and irresponsible and could have cost my baby's life. I thank God it didn't. If you are looking for a practitioner to birth with, my suggestion is to go somewhere that will take interventive actions LAST. Our bodies are built for birth, don't let anyone convince you otherwise. read more

I was transferred to Dr. Fuller from a birth center at 39 weeks. I have never been treated so disgustingly or been so disrespected in my life. She induced me for absolutely no legitimate medical reason, other than the fact that she was going out of town that week. I reluctantly agreed to be induced with the plan that it would be as low intervention as possible. When I actually got to the hospital, it was like I no longer owned my body. She forces unnecessary cervical checks, pressures a timeline based on her own agenda and not what your body needs, and will berate you if you don't do exactly what she says. She said that I was a "waste of time," that I was "doing nothing," and a "waste of a bed." She also frequently brought up the fact that she had a "flight to catch" as reasoning to rush or augment my labor. The language she used while speaking to me while in labor was so condescending. She even brought up a mass shooting as I was about 6cm dilated - trying to compare that to my experience- and that is absolutely not something a laboring woman needs to hear. I ended up firing her from my care team at 6cm and I'm so glad that I did. I know that decision probably saved me and my baby's life. The obstetrical abuse we suffered from her made our entire birth experience absolutely terrible. We did not enjoy the birth of our first child because of her. read more

I have had all 3 of my babies with Dr Fuller. I wish I could give her a million star review! Dr Fuller has always treated me with respect and love. During visits no questions were ever too big or too small, she has the heart of a teacher. With my first delivery Dr Fuller saved mine and my baby's life and with the following pregnancies and deliveries she took such good care me. Those pregnancies and deliveries were so happy and healing for me. She is so tender hearted and so smart! Her office staff has also always been so kind and helpful! read more

8/25/2022 update: After visiting her one last time in 8/2021, I wrote her off. I had my annual mammogram which had a suspicious result. I was told this by the radiology center. Fuller never contacted me about this even though she was the primary doctor listed. I contacted my internal medicine doc, who guided me through the follow-up of another mammogram and biopsy. What an incredible disappointment and betrayal of a doctor I've had for 24 years. read more

Dr. Fuller went against recommendations from the Dallas County Health Department regarding testing a patient with possible COVID19. Instead of sending the patient to the ER as was suggested, she took it upon herself to test the patient. This inadvertently exposed her entire office staff and patients to the virus completely unnecessarily. A few months ago, she came to work with known influenza and infected several of the staff members (who later tested positive). She is not caring or compassionate and does not follow protocols that are in place for our safely and that of our patients. I would never recommend her to a family member or friend. read more

Dr. Fuller is the best OBGYN I have ever been to. I had a very scary and traumatic labor and delivery with my daughter last October. Dr. Fuller was calm during the whole process and I know because of her knowledge and skill she saved mine and my daughters lives. Dr. Fuller takes her time during every appointment and is so thorough while educating me during each appointment. Her nurse Lily is so sweet and so helpful! Sometimes the wait times in the office before your appt can be long but it's only because she takes the time needed in each appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Fuller! read more

The main reason i am writing this review is to praise Makeysha, the nurse (NP?) for Dr. Fuller. She went out of her way to help me with some billing issues with LabCorp. I'm sure she had a busy week but still made time to assist me with the billing errors (not her fault; it was LabCorp). She was so kind, and also called me back later with my lab results. I strongly recommend against seeing Dr. Fuller. I have NEVER received timely test results from her office. Usually, it's about 2 months after the test when I start calling the office weekly to track down my lab results. That is truly unacceptable.Waiting on lab results is always a little nerve-wracking, but when you are waiting on results from a follow-up on something that came back abnormal, it's even more anxiety-inducing. No one should have to hound their doctor for results months after they should have been shared. And because I have an expectation of getting timely information about my health, I have heard Dr. Fuller and her staff talking about how much of a pain I am, right outside of the door to my exam room. Additionally, I got used to waiting about an hour, on average, beyond my scheduled appointment time before being seen. If you want good, compassionate care, and a doctor who isn't belittling and dismissive, absolutely go somewhere else. After years of being unhappy with Dr. Fuller, I finally switched to the Walnut Hill OBGYN practice. The difference was incredible--it made me realize I should have switched LONG ago. read more

Wonderful staff and doctor! They genuinely care. I've read some of the reviews regarding wait times and that's just how an obgyn's office works in my personal experience and I've gone through a few. I've waited up to 3 hours at different offices. Births and unexpected procedures happen sometimes daily. And I'm glad Dr. Fuller has made time for mine even though they may not have been in the next patient's schedule. read more

Dr. Fuller is, hands down, the BEST medical provider I have ever had. I really appreciate that she is very forthcoming with information so that I can make an educated decision on my care. I always feel so cared for and special when I go into my appointments, and the best part is that I know that she treats ALL of her patients like that! She spends a good amount of time with every patient she sees- I've never felt rushed during my appointments. Dr. Fuller always takes her time to make sure all of her patients feel heard and cared for- that is something that is so important for me. Her staff is friendly and they always make me laugh and keep me calm if I have to get my blood drawn (I'm terrified of needles). Dr. Fuller and her staff have seen and supported me through routine visits, pregnancies, and an unfortunate miscarriage. Throughout my entire care journey, I have felt supported, respected, and cared for. It means a lot that she takes my concerns seriously and addresses them/follows up on them. I cannot recommend her enough. I wouldn't have wanted any other doctor to be my go-to OB/GYN and to be by my side during my pregnancy journey. read more

Everything about my experience delivering my baby was fine except for DR. FULLER. She is a mean person and has 0 bedside manner. Do yourself a favor and pass on this Doctor. Debbie Fuller is an amazing doctor! She delivered me almost 20 years ago and I have been going to her since I was 16 years old. I don't understand some of these bad rating because she has fantastic bedside manner and helps you with whatever you may need. I've been here for 2 annual exams, both times I saw the nurse practitioner, Amber because the wait to see the Dr was over 3 months. Last year my visit went ok but I wasn't in love with the visit. They took blood and it took forever for them to return my call about my results. However, I decided to give it another go this year and that was a huge mistake. First off when I got there I for a 9 AM appointment I waited over 20 minutes even though I was an opening appointment. Then Amber led me to her office. I thought this was strange since we didn't go straight to the exam room, which is what happened on my previous visit. She proceeds to question me about my general health, I believe from a questionnaire I had filled out. I'm getting married and after she knew that she kept asking me if I needed anything before the wedding, even suggested Xanax! After I told her no, I was really awkward because she just kept asking be question. At 1 point I thought maybe she was just bored and filling time when I was just ready to get on with the exam and get to work! Finally after more questions I did mention I have trouble falling asleep. She gave me a prescription for silenor, which by the way I had to change because come to find out that is for staying asleep not falling asleep, nice job doc! After that we went and did the exam, which was fine. My appointment was on a Tuesday on a Friday she called with my blood work results. She left a message saying a metabolite was elevated so I needed to come in to retest since I need to fast first and she's sure I didn't since I had a afternoon appointment. Hey doc, look at my chart I was there at 9 AM! Anyhow after calling over 10 times in 2 weeks I finally heard from her again to discuss my results! The kicker was when I saw my insurance claim. I was charged for 2 visits. After many calls to billing and Integrated I was told it was because matters other than my annual exam where discussed. Yes that is correct, they charged me for her interrogating me before my exam! Dr. Fuller said she is sticking by her policy....I would like to read that policy! read more

Best doctor visit ever. Very thorough exam and both the doctor and the nurse practitioner were very friendly and approachable.

I would think twice about obtaining services from this group!!! An employee represented the price of an annual exam but their billing department added additional fees that I was NEVER informed about in advance. Then, after several visits, I am invoiced for additional fees that I was never informed about. I've tried for months to resolve these fraudulent charges on my account but they refuse to correct it. I would highly recommend that you select another physician or be prepared to be overcharged. read more
