The kind of stuff that is too difficult to do myself, and that a regular everyday service doesn't do, such as window tracks, baseboards, etc. I'm so glad that I chose this company over some others that I was looking at. The owners/workers are extremely nice, accommodating, and conscientious. They will customize work to your preference. For example, I asked them to use my vacuum rather than bringing their own vacuum in, and they were happy to do that. When they are done with an area, they ask you to look at it and if you see anything they overlooked, they will go back and redo that area. They even left their shoes outside and put little plastic slippers/booties over their feet so as not to track anything inside. They are very efficient and thorough, and extremely pleasant. 100% would recommend and use again myself.
