I've been dealing with a rodent problem for five weeks. The technician (Tyler) has been to my house several times for treatment and had done a good job. The problem is. A lack of communication from Cunningham Pest Control. I was told the owner would contact me in regards to my options for follow up treatments. which never happened. read more

Tyler is amazing! He thoroughly checks every corner of the house and explains what to look for as he moves. I am disenchanted with the phone operators and communication I have received lately. There is a lack of compassion for the situation, a dismal apology, if anything regarding a lack of response to an urgent email and calls were not followed through as they said. Two calls and was told I'd be put on an urgent list or something closely regarding that, yet the Tech, Tyler was never told anything more than a generalized outside check. He was never told about the problem inside our home. He kindly came in and checked but it was not on his daily schedule about our problem. In all, a very uncaring group of people answering phones and not caring that you have to wait a week for service. read more

Everything went as expected. Tech was on time and was very professional in his explanation of services.

I cannot actually give a review on their work, as I never never got past the inspection. I had an appointment for 6/3/25 for an inspection of the property. They gave me a time window of 11 to 3. Of course 3 o'clock arrived and no one came. I called the office at 3:30 and was told they were running late. I canceled the appointment. I can't believe a 4 hour window, and no one called to mention a delay. They also didn't inform the technician, as he did arrive at 4:30. No one was there. They definitely have a communication problem both with the call takers and the technicians. Time is important. read more

We had tried EVERYTHING to get rid of a long-running, persistent mouse problem. Cunningham came out, listened to all of our concerns, did a full and thorough evaluation, put traps everywhere and gave us advice. After two weeks we were still seeing droppings, so they came out again (no charge!) to check the traps and set some more. Problem solved. Definitely recommend! read more

First off, no mask on the technician or his assistant during a time during the Covid-19 pandemic when PA requires masks to be worn in public! Then, the technician simply doused the hive in Raid and knocked it off with a pole leaving behind a ton of hive remnants on my gutter that I'll need to clean off later. Completely unprofessional. The exterminator came to spray for ants twice because the first application did nothing. Both times, I explicitly asked if I could pay up front and was told that I could not and that a bill would be sent to me. I never received a bill. Months later, however, I did receive a letter from a lawyer threatening legal action if I did not pay what I owed. I immediately mailed a check to Cunningham Pest Control with a letter explaining that I'd never received a bill. CPC cashed my check and responded with an email that essentially called me a liar. I absolutely do not recommend hiring them for anything. I am also not surprised that the only reviews for this company on Yelp are currently one-star reviews. read more

We've had Cunningham pest control for years now and they are excellent ! We were seeing swarmers every spring and other companies couldn't figure out how to get rid of them. Vince came over solved our problem quickly. They also have sprayed our yard for mosquitos for the past several years and we can now enjoy our deck! Worst customer service ever! We got a termite warranty from them as part of a house settlement -- they did a treatment in February, but come May our basement got swarmed. Then we took off the carpet, and saw live ones. They came over, poked around, and said there isn't anything there, the ones I saw will eventually die, and that they will foam the boards just to make me feel better. A few days later, we ripped off the bad hardwood, and more termites! This was after they supposedly foamed. They came over again to retreat--I wanted to watch-- I turned around to give my son a snack for no more than 15 minutes--and the tech was gone! Who knows if he really re-treated the perimeter, nobody saw him do so, they won't answer the phone, won't return my call, won't reply by email, and their "office" is just a mailbox. What a sham! So disappointing! read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY. The owner, Anthony Cunningham, has been disrespectful and condescending to the tenants every time he has visited, usually once each week. In early Jan, 2018, it was quietly reported that some apts. were being treated for BEDBUGS. They were able to spread, who knows how, to other apts and eventually they infested several apts on every floor. Cunningham was called in as soon as management became aware of the problem in January and as of now -June 2018- the BEDBUGS are still here. This is a high rise apt building in Philadelphia. Since the owners of the bldg hired Cunningham the exterminator feels no need to respect the individual renters. Furthermore Cunningham is INCOMPETENT, since many of us tenants STILL have bedbugs after almost 6 months. Several of the tenants have moved because of the failure of this company to eliminate these PESTS, and some have been unable to break their leases. (This is about our studio apartment in Philadelphia, which we use when we visit our daughter at Temple.) They deserve 0 stars. Most sullen person I have had the misfortune of meeting in a very long time. If it were a casual meeting I would have turned my back and walked away. Since I was locked in it was all the more unsettling and unpleasant. If you must use them I advise that you not allow Anthony Cunningham in your home, especially if your wife has to deal with him. VINCE Cunningham, on the other hand, is polite, respectful and has a nice sense of humor. Overall, regardless of the customer service, the failure to eradicate the bedbugs for almost 6 months speaks volumes about their capabilities. read more
