Karen Kryzanowsky whom was supposed to be marketing and selling my property for the past 18+ months couldn't even send me the correct address and listing for my property when I questioned her about it last week. When I asked as to why I have NOT received a single offer over 18+ months of being in business with Karen, Karen gave excuses to why my property wasn't receiving interest. I simply asked to see the listing which I could NOT find on any search I made. Karen insisted she could see it. However, when I used common search engines to see my property listing, the listing was nowhere to be found. I made recommendations to help market the property on multiple commonly known real estate websites. Karen insisted it already was being automatically marketed on those same websites I recommended from the time she listed it on the MLS. It was NOT. When Karen finally showed me the property she could see but I could NOT, it was the wrong address being marketed by a completely different agent. Since this incident, I have neglected to work with Karen and plain and simple, if you would like for your property to actually be listed and marketed, I would NOT recommend Karen to anyone in search for Real Estate guidance or services.

She worked with us when we were available which was way outside of normal working hours which made our shopping experience a dream. Margaret brought tons of knowledge to the process and helped us to narrow down the field to the stuff that really mattered to us. Walked us through every aspect of the offer process and then again with the closing process never assuming we knew anything. Answered so many stupid questions she deserves a medal. Also saved us quite a bit of money by catching things we missed. Went to bat for us for any issues we found and worked diligently to get them corrected. We hired Margaret because of her success in selling other homes in our neighborhood. Our house had been on the market for many months when we hired Margaret. She told us exactly what we would need to do to sell the house (which did not include lowering the price!) With our blessing, she took over the process to manage everything that needed to get done to get our house ready for showing in a very short time. She did anything and everything to stay true to our agreed upon timeline! Margaret is also very creative and came up with a clever twist for our video home tour that literally resulted in thousands of views. The most important result: Our home sold three weeks after listing! We were blown away by Margaret's ability to get the job done. Margaret instilled a great deal of trust in us from the beginning. He guided us through negotiations around inspections and shoring up loose legal ends, and he even helped us with a raw land opportunity that popped up halfway through our purchase. When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

Joel is an excellent communicator and is there every step of the way from listing to closing. I would honestly recommend him to anyone I know that was trying to buy or sell a house, I promise you wouldn't be disappointed. Not only does he help you sell your house but he also helps others which speaks volumes. A portion of his proceeds go to a charity of your choosing from a list of multiple different organizations and scholarships. Yesterday, we finally closed on our home in Christiansburg. Thanks to the amazing work Jeremy has done for us! We've been wanting to sell this house since we left Virginia. We've used a different realtor before who wasn't very helpful at all. It wasn't until sometime last year when our rental property manager (Aaron Harris Kirby from Pointe West Management) referred us to Jeremy when we tried to sell the house again. Back then, it was rather late in the season for selling and colder weather is rolling in. While our home sat empty after our last renter left and after we had made major repairs on it, we decided to try to sell it. But we also couldn't afford to let the house sit empty a few months and our chances of finding a renter is also getting slim. So, we had our home listed for "rent OR sale". And we told our property manager and Jeremy that whichever comes first, we'll take it. Jeremy totally respected our decision and although we also listed our home for rent, Jeremy still went above and beyond into aggressively trying to find us a buyer. Well, we got a renter soon thereafter and we informed Jeremy to remove our home from his listings. He gladly took it off and we told him we would like to attempt to sell it again towards the end of our tenant's contract this year. We were pleased to hear back from Jeremy again a few months after. He thought his in-laws might be interested in buying a property in the area and it's looking like our home would be a good fit for them. The fact that he contacted us meant that he still had our property in mind - that's a good realtor right there! Then, a few months before our tenant's lease is up, we heard back from Jeremy again. He sent us statistics on the area and he said our home is in the perfect position to sell. He asked us if we would like to start listing it earlier on (of course, with the cooperation and consent of our tenant). It worked out perfectly as our tenants are also buying their own home somewhere and they needed to break the lease earlier. In a week or so, we've had multiple viewings and some offers! Which, by the way, has never happened when we went with our previous realtor. In less than a month, our house sold and the offer we took was pretty close to our asking. Almost 7 years of trying to sell this home and we now finally got to end this ordeal! Thank God for the amazing work that Jeremy and his team has done for us!! We very HIGHLY recommend!!

She was unethical. She was extremely passive aggressive. She was rude. She was not helpful and gave my child more anxiety than was necessary as the first time homebuyer. You should have support , encouragement and someone that's looking out for your needs because you represent them and she did none of that, we feel like she has been so unethical that there is something shady going on in that office that they are pushing relentlessly to use their lender, pushing to use their title company and then trying to sabotage the situation. They were terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone in the Salem Roanoke area.

The realtor apologized and then he stated he would return our money but that didn't happen. When we moved in we had HVAC and Septic issues.Last but not least the $600 in repairs that was for fixing issues was never sent to us or repaired by the sellers as they promised. They kept saying they couldn't find the check. They do shady business and I will never use them again and will advise others to choose someone else.

She knew all the details, and knew how to work up good offers that had a good chance of being accepted. She is very professional and energetic but also easy going and easy to work with. She truly has her client's interests at heart and will tell you the pitfalls as well as the upsides of a given type of property, property condition,contract detail or area of town. Instead of "selling" homes, the way a car salesperson might, Amy simply provided me with the expert advice and information that I needed to make the decisions that were best for me -- regardless of whether the listing was with her company or with a competitor. She was ever patient with my incessant questions, and she always had time for me. Even though I was not her best or wealthiest client, she treated me like I was her only client. Not only does Amy understand the Blacksburg and Christiansburg markets, but she also understands home repairs and improvements over time. She could tell me which repairs will need to be done in the next year or which improvements will ultimately boost resale value, so that I was able not only to envision living in my new home, but also to get an idea of how much time, effort and money would go into making it my own.
