Fran was polite and gracious and told me she could do it but it wouldn't arrive until late in the day, I was so happy she could do it. Not only that, she asked if there were any special items I wanted in the gift basket and went to three different stores looking for them! My 94 year old friend received a beautiful gift basket with a balloon attached for her birthday thanks to Fran's kindness and professionalism. She even took a photo of my dear friend with the basket and sent it to me! I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with her and she'll be my go to florist from now on! What an amazing experience!
