We called Deb around 7:30pm last night and we felt bad doing so cuz she closed at 8 We told her we were 30 minutes away and asked if it was alright if we made our way there to just do a quick sign off on a title transfer She had places to be but she let us go there and get it done I am very thankful that she allowed us to go there to get our stuff done cuz she was the only one open(that did title transfers at least) and we needed to get that stuff done that night since the person I was "selling" to lived over 2 hours away from me and didn't wanna go back without a signed title which I can't blame them for She was quick to do everything and we were in and out of the place like nothing Also a very cheap charge! Very nice person and great to communicate with also while doing transfer Would definitely recommend this place and though it's 30 minutes away I'll probably be going back if I ever do a transfer again!! I called Deb Goggin for an evening appt. this wasn't a problem. I was early and due to Corona I was asked to wait on a beautiful deck with welcoming plants. (Probably the only plus to Wolf's edicts), Very soothing. Deb was prompt, polite and informative. Changing to an antique tag is more compex than I thought. Deb's is the only place in the area I could find open on the weekend. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. There was a slight wait because she was assisting another person, but when it was our turn, she was professional, fast, and the price was very reasonable! Lacking in customer service. We were there to get something notarized, she was with someone in her office, instead of saying I'll be right with you or anything she said nothing. I asked if we should wait outside she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. Communication is key. I just found her to be rude. read more
