Spoke with Christian on the phone. He was rude and ended up hanging up on me. He didn't want to take the time to actually speak with me. He gave me his sales speal and when I tried to have him reiterate a point he condescendingly told me I "wasn't listening to him" and then tried to repeat the the same speech verbatim as if I were dense. I told him I did hear him but he would not let me speak. He said we were obviously not connecting and he was going to "let this thing go." He then hung up on me. They obviously feel that they have enough business that they don't need mine. And this is how they treat people when they don't need them. You should remember Christian that your character is based on how you treat everyone, not just the people who pay you. read more

I wanted to file with debt solutions law group. I made a consultation with Steve and they give you this big speech on the phone that if you don't show up or cancel within a reasonable time that they won't work with you. I prepared for my appt. Had a list of questions and several things I gathered for my appt. It took me some time to prepare. I showed up for my appt and 20 minuttes goes by of me waiting for Steve to show up and the receptionist was calling him. He called back and asked for me. I had hoped he'd say he was running late but nope. He cancelled. Super bummed that I spent my lunch break waiting for him. Arranged my day around this appt. He said his car broke down and would give me $75 off if I file with them for the inconvenience. I kind of didn't really believe that. I guess i'd assume attorneys have pretty reliable cars. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Anyway, I was serious about filing bk ASAP so I made a same day appt with another firm and ended up filing with them despite the $75 off. Steve did call me later that day to say he could get me in after work which is why I've given him 2 stars. But it was too late. I've flipped their disclosure speech back on them. read more

Completely unprofessional bankruptcy attorney! I walked in tail between my legs and asked this guy to help me. (I have a past that I am not proud of.) I put a retainer down and we had payment arraignments for the balance. On the day my first payment was due he called me and in a very rude tone he said something like... You owe me money! Where's my money! Little did he know that I already had the money and I was on my way to pay him. He made me feel like I was a worthless human being. Only for half a second but, at that very second I decided he was not the right attorney for me. I found someone else immediatly and my new attorney actually explained the law and the process to me. Steve did not do that. Over the next few days he sent me a number of belittling emails calling me names and very childish things. Listen I'm not saying that I didn't call him any names. I was in the wrong to, but, he just kept sending emails saying things like "You have nothing which pretty much takes you out of the running for a decent date as well." and I "whine like a baby." And other things. Also when I was in his office he was trashing women like I was a buddy of his. I don't remember what exactly he said so I won't say it. The guy threatened to sue me for slander if I posted anything on the Internet, so I have to be careful of what I say. I have proof of everything else so I am not worried about anything I have already said. Long story short... I would strongly recommend not using his services. read more
