I had the most wonderful, caring and extremely knowledgeable woman help me. She spent a lot of time with me & eventually I ordered a pair of shoes however on arrival(which was very quick by the way) the right shoe did not help w/my pain at all. So I went back to return the shoes and ask for help a 2nd time. I found out this woman's name is MILA and once again, she spent a lot of time in measuring, discussing etc. and she came up with a 2nd pair of shoes for me to try. That pair arrived(again...in quick time)and I am soooo happy to say that they fit BOTH feet perfectly and they are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in many years.
