And they don't know what part they need to fix your problem, until they see what the problem is, and which part is broken. On Spot knows what they are doing. Fair pricing, great service, and my snow blower has gone from being dead to being performing "almost like new" through the 20, 40, and 50 centimetres dumping of snow storm we've received in Toronto this season.. They are quick, thorough, and you get to use your snow blower to help neighbours and sidewalks in a time of need! He took the time to answer all my questions (silly ones and all) and was honest in the advice he gave. All of Andy's staff are also helpful and knowledgeable especially Ryan who took the time to help me pick out the perfect bike helmet while Andy was getting my bike ready. Before making the purchase, he asked great questions to determine what type of bike would fit my needs then showed me to those types of models. I was able to ride a couple of bikes to get a feel for the difference and determine which I liked better. In the end I went with the purple 2017 Specialized Vita model in small. It rides so smooth, is comfortable and brings back that feeling of freedom, pure joy and FUN! I had forgotten how amazing it feels to ride a bicycle since I haven't had one in over 25 years!! I'm so looking forward to taking this awesome piece of perfection on the road. This Reitman's is in a strip mall next to Walmart and Canadian tire. I normally don't write reviews…read moreon chains but this experience warranted a review. My mom and I wanted to buy some clothing and decided instead of going to the mall, to a location in more of a "stripmall" location. The protocol they had was amazing. As soon as you approach the door, there's a lot of signage to remind everyone to wear a mask and to physically distance. They had hand sanitizer available right at the door. The doors had a designation of in and out. We were greeted promptly. The sales were pretty good and we decided to try some pieces on. They ask you to sanitize your hands again before heading in. They checked on us regularly. Then they quarantine the pieces you don't purchase on some racks in a couple of the rooms. When you check out, they had a plastic shield for the staff and also more sanitizer available. It was a tap and go. Overall excellent experience. It made for safe shopping and took away a bit of the COVID stress.
