I absolutely loved Dr Hallgren. My back has been giving out, and I need to start seeing him again. I called his office and found out he had retired. Congratulations to him! Unfortunately the new staff that answered the phone lost the new doctor this patient. 1. She didn't say her name was answering the phone 101 customer service ALWAYS say your name. 2. She didn't stop to listen before she aSSumed that I needed a referral when I told her I have UHC, then got back on the line and asked if it's an HMO. STOP, LISTEN, ASK first. 1st Rule of thumb young lady when working with patients. Speaking in a baby voice is not the definition of providing good customer service. Dr. Christopher Johnson is fantastic. I'm very nervous with Chiropractors because of heavy handed Dr.s in the past. I told him my concerns and he was so very patient with me and checked in with me before and after every touch/adjustment. I am 81 years old with significant back and other problems due to injuries. Dr. Christopher Johnson is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to and I have been getting chiropractic care since I was twenty years old, as I was a professional dancer for many years. Dr. Johnson is extremely compassionate about patient care and definitely does not perform the same treatments on all his patients, or even the same treatment on each patient every time they come in, as some chiropractors do. He is adept at finding one's problems each time they visit and treating what's giving them pain at that time. His office is almost a one hour drive from my home, once a week, but he is worth the drive. I absolutely recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone in our area having spinal, neck or shoulder problems and as long as I am living in Las Vegas and he is practicing I will be a faithful patient. I got in early to fill out paper work. My appointment was at 4:45pm & that was the time I was seen. I love that the doctor informed he was going to ask me a series of questions because if he could not help me he would steer me to what type of care I should seek. Try chiropractic care as a last ditch effort to get some relief. After a few visits the relief was amazing. I was forced to mask the pain with prescription pain meds. They are so friendly and so willing to answer all questions. I absolutely love this place. I have not had the ability to stand for long periods of time.
