In June I was not in the best of health with nerve pain resulting in muscle spasms and lock ups. I was able to walk into the office on North Decatur and get treated the next day, though I'm sure I could have been seen the same day I decided to see a chiropractor. In the process of waiting for the VA to approve care, Dr. Anderson and his team were helpful and assisted in accelerating my recovery. On Thanksgiving I popped my back :( My lower left's back been sore this long I thought I could sleep this out and let it heal on its own. It's like hard for me to walk sometimes. I had to do something about it. II called a few places but it seems like this is the only place that answers. I met the receptionist Cassy and Dr Jordan. In the past I went to a chiropractor while back in Lee's summit Missouri. But this place is far better. Doctor Jordan is very informative through the assessments. He gave me a heads up before he's going to align me. The best thing ever my hip that was in severe pain feels now better. They got this cool hydro machine you get to lay down on after you get aligned and it kind of massage you. I do got a few more times to visit. Super yes on recommending this place! read more

Best chiropractor I have been to in a while. I used to go to the joint and was never happy with the outcome of the service I got, but here I always leave feeling relieved. The staff and Dr Anderson is very pleasant. They take the time to understand your body's needs. I've been suffering from Migraines for a very long time now and it was instant relief. Today was my first time meeting Dr Wach. He was kind and very experienced. I've received chiropractic care on many occasions over the years. I'm going to be honest, as often as I've been, I still have trepidation any time they adjust my neck. Today, whatever Dr Wach did just worked sooo amazingly for me. Hands down it was the best adjustment I've ever had, as far as, the amount of movement and shifting that took place and there was absolutely no discomfort. I was literally in awe! I highly recommend NuSpine they are very professional and my main issue for my visit is sciatica pain, and scoliosis pain. The pain level was almost unbearable and now pain level very low. I had pain going down my legs and middle of back and it was very hard to even sleep. I am now getting restful sleep due to my visits with NuSpine. They're very good at listening and really try to pinpoint the issue work on that area to ease the pain. read more

I went to the Nuspine on North Decatur on 10/19/24. I was really disappointed in the service. The doctor that gave me my adjustments didn't even attempt the adjustment when you're laying on your side and they push your shoulder back and pull your lower body forward twisting your spine and getting a sometimes audible and always a physical response. I used to go there last year, it's kind of insulting that he doesn't realize that I know what should have taken place. Instead he had me to get in that position and just put his body weight on me. My guess is that he wants me to return for more treatment, but I will never go there again. read more

While affordable and convenient I was not impressed with the quality of the adjustment or bedside manner of the chiropractor. During the evaluation he asked me basic body questions but I do not think he actually listened to my responses or complaints. He definitely said a script for his whole introductory speech and mansplained the purpose of Chiropractic care to me when I repeatedly told him I had been receiving chiropractic adjustments for over 20 years. I went back for a second adjustment to give it a chance as the price and convenience would be nice (my previous beloved Chiropractic office recently closed) but again I was underwhelmed. Both adjustments were rushed and delivered like a cookie cutter crack, crack, crack - not specifically tailored to my body needs that day or as if it was personalized at all. I did not at all feel aligned or well adjusted after the appointment. I will continue my pursuit of finding a local chiropractor to meet my specific needs. read more
