I'm at Decibel and ordered the soy garlic tenders and omg it was gross and extremely salty. A waste of money and I can't believe I tipped for that. The water was the best thing part of the meal. Would not return whatsoever.

    The 4pcs is actually $20.00

So means girlfriend or mine were sitting in a meeting and decided we wanted to order lunch. She pulls up Decibel Korean fried chicken. The pictures are immaculate, with my mouth watering. I was looking so forward to getting something to eat, only to notice that on Uber Eats, the prices in the description were different once you clicked it. So of course with he look of confusion I decide to call the restaurant. I only had to call the restaurant five times for someone to answer. finally some man answered and when I asked them the question why the price was different and the menu basically was different The Man decides to hang up on me so I called back three more times only for someone not to answer. so for me this business is definitely a no go unfortunately, if it is good, I will not be able to try because of their hospitality and let alone their way they answer their phone. As provided below you can see its says 4pcs tender combo $16.00. Also for the 6 pcs combo it's $17.00 once you click it the 4pcs tenber is actually $20.00 and the 6pcs wings is $25.00.

These corn dogs could rival ANY hotdog out there! I've gone back every couple of months to get more. Decibel Korean does not play, straight

As usual, I'm always catching up to the trends, but the corn dog (cheese dog) was a hot item for a reason!! This was my first time trying a Korean corn dog, which is basically a jumbo cheese stick, and it was a perfect combo of sweet sauce, crunch breading and cheese. I will make a return visit for these!! The dumplings are worth trying out if you like spicy food, personally I'm a wimp so these were a little too hot for me but still had good flavor.

Decibel is always a good idea, and I'm so happy this local gem has found a new home at the Gatherall in Factory 52. I was expecting a line when I arrived for a weekday lunch, but was happily surprised to walk up and place my order. This location has easy-to-use kiosks at the front of it, so you can quickly scroll through the menu and place your order at the same time. I decided on the 4 piece tender combo with Gochujang BBQ and Cured Cukes, with a Corn Dog on the side because why not? Everything had a perfect crunch to it, that only comes with being double fried, Korean-style. The Gochujang BBQ sauce is a little sweet, a little spicy, and all delicious. The cucumbers also had a nice dressing on them, but were a little soft for my taste. Next time I think I'd stick with the Mac Salad, which is always a solid choice. The Corn Dog is a fun way to mix up your meal, and I loved how saucy it was. My eyes were bigger than my stomach, but the tenders made great leftovers later on that afternoon. The Gatherall is great because there are already several food options for everyone in your group to choose from - and it just keeps on growing! Definitely consider a visit to Decibel the next time you're in Norwood - you won't regret it.

So excited to see Decibel delivers (very quickly) to Hi-Wire Brewing in Area 52. Cauliflower bites were still warm and crispy and the Asian glaze was just spicy enough. Of course you can't go wrong with fried pickles so we ordered those as well. Great snack food with a glass of beer and we always love that they offer GOOD vegetarian choices!

The bulgogi egg rolls are amazing the only reason they aren't five stars is the portion doesn't mesh with the price . Make a 4 piece or 3 piece order and it would be 5 stars otherwise these are phenomenal and the best thing on their menu.

One of my favorite spots at factory 52. I keep coming back. Just make sure you come hungry.

Nasty frozen fried pickle chips. Completely flavorless.

Decibel proved to be a symphony of mediocrity. I was so excited that Cincinnati finally got a Korean fried chicken restaurant, and it was completely disappointing. The marinated cucumbers were flavorless, the chicken tenders were all breading. The fried pickles were bottom rung, prefab, pre-frozen, and flavorless. Also, a little expensive for such mediocre food. I felt like I was in an overpriced Korean McDonalds. It's sad. I guess I'll have to wait for Cincinnati to get authentic Korean fried chicken.

We are already fans of Decibel's East Walnut Hills location. This location also serves wonderful Korean barbecue chicken. You can order on one of three tablets and wait to pick up the order at their window or have it delivered to one of the breweries at Factory 52. I did not have a long wait (5-7 minutes) at 5:30 on a Friday evening.

Decibel is my go-to as a resident here at Factory 52. Their food is amazing and always great service.

Some of my chicken tenders were undercooked. Flavors were good, but no excuse serving raw chicken.

Excellent Korean fried chicken, however the price is outrageous expensive. 10 wings and 2 sides cost $35! That's $3.50 per tiny little wing.

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or for a fun dining experience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. He regularly checked in and changed our grill out as it got charred. If you order the Dinner hotpot, BBQ, or both you get access to the full menu. On weekends they make you do the dinner option, but it was great to try their different cuts of meat! The atmosphere was great: huge variety of sauces and toppings. The meat was very good quality. Maybe a bit on the lean side for beef but I preferred that given the volume of food. The premium beef short ribs and angus chuck flap tail had better marbling, very tender and delicious. The price was definitely worth it for the fresh good quality meat and produce options! Included in the all you can eat were some made to order appetizers, an Ice cream bar, and several premade desserts and appetizers at the cold bar which were also pretty good! Much better than the premade dishes you'd find at a traditional buffet. The nice thing about the location too is there are several shops around the center that you can mosey around before or after eating and make a whole day of it

I went for lunch and they weren't very busy, the server checked on me multiple times and made sure to ask regularly if I needed anything else including more Hot Pot items or drinks. She also promptly cleared any empty dishes which kept the table tidy. Since I chose the Hot Pot only option this time, they placed a grill cover over the grill to add extra table space which is a nice option to add extra space, especially if there's a big group and getting a lot of food plates. The dining room is always super clean and warm. The music can be a bit loud at times, but not too bad and it adds a little privacy to your table and group. For the food, I can say I always enjoy eating here and I love the Matcha Milk Tea with Tapioca Bobas. I usually go for the K Town Special Broth and fix it up with chili oil, a couple sauces, peppers, onions, and spices. The versatility of everyone being able to create what they like makes this place great for large groups.

If you are not expecting it, it can be a shock for sure. He would frequently check in on us and make small talk, give us recommendations on the menu, how to order, even so far as to grab our stone bowls after they were served to stir them. For me, it was overbearing and I was not a fan of someone touching utensils after we were served without asking but I ended up still giving 5 stars because he meant well. Right after he continued bringing dumplings and serving them to us just to be nice! No additional charge, and he would've continued making them unless we refused after bringing 2 whole orders. When he learned it was our friends birthday he brought out moonpies and a bag of some korean snack just for her, even though they dont have dessert on the menu. Even as you walk in, you'll notice from the decore that is very much a small business. You have a button to press to notify the owner you're there, get drinks, and a QR code to order. That being said the service is very timely, high quality fresh food comes out super hot, and he was very nice. Be aware of the social experience because that is a big part of the restaurant. Can be a positive or negative depending on your what you like.
