The worst service I have ever experienced! I went through Triple A to get my truck pulled out of…read morethe mud...which by the way was in my front yard and not very deep. Michael shows up 2.5 hours later and refuses to even pull in the drive-way. He parks his truck in the middle of the street and begins his "evaluation" of the situation by walking around his truck 3 times pointing his flashlight on the ground which was nowhere near my truck/front yard. He then proceeds to tell me that he can't do the job because he will get stuck in my yard. He never set foot in the yard. He also suggested the only way to pull my truck out was to hook it up from the street, which was parallel to my truck, therefore pulling it from the side instead of the back or front. I immediately refused because he would have pulled it off the axle. He said he would call his boss and Triple A and let me know what would be the next step. I went back inside my house and within 2 minutes he was gone. He left without an explanation. I contacted Triple A, who in turn contacted Ronnie Warren (the owner), and was informed that they would not do the job. Triple A said there was nothing further they could do. I immediately contacted Wayne Lee's, also in Dunn, NC, and within 15 minutes, they were at my house and better yet in my drive-way. It took him less than 5 minutes to hook up and pull my truck out!! It did cost me $90 which is a small price to pay considering this is my only vehicle! I even took pictures of Wayne Lee's doing the job Warren's Citgo could not do. Way to go Wayne Lee's! Warren's Citgo should be concerned that they have an employee and/or owner that doesn't care about their customers enough to even TRY.

He showed up at my house looking for payment when I had an agreement with his wife to come to the shop to pay because she left the receipts at home. If he breaks anything he won't fix it. He BROKE my o2 sensor & refused to fix what HE broke without charging. My transmission broke down 4 months after he supposedly "fixed" it & voided the warranty & the payment plan. Claiming the problems wasn't his fault. He changed his story 3 times as to why my transmission failed. & While I was trying to build a case to take him to small claims court he put a mechanics lean on my car voiding any chances I had of winning against this con artist. All he does is go to the junkyard, finds a piece of junk & puts it in your car. & says it's not his fault when your car breaks down. But if you do allow him to fix your transmission go to another mechanic to CHECK behind him immediately. & if it breaks down DO NOT give your car back to him he WILL charge for tow, say it's not his fault , and if you owe money he will keep your car giving you no chances to get a second opinion from another mechanic. Take your car some where else to get a second opinion. I understand you want to save money but your best options are to go to big business & not get nickeled & dimed by small businesses when it comes to expensive, serious repairs like a transmission. Ps. He has 3 shops Cary, Bunn Level, and i guess Sanford. I say that because I didn't know he had three shops & when my car broke down the second time he was suppose to tow it to Cary the place he fixed it before and my car ended up in Bunn Level with no notification.
