I was nothing but, respectful, transparent, and accountable with the two mechanics, paid to get two…read morecatalytic converters replaced and a transmission housing seal replaced. the catalytic converters was replaced good on the vehicle but, the transmission housing seal wasn't, it continued to leak. I asked about it and it wasn't the same seal that was took off (then why still install it and not tell me at that tiime?) I accepted responsibility for that and ordered the correct seal that was given to me by William. I was quoted $80-$100 for them to replace the seal with the correct one. Seal was ordered, the two came out replaced the incorrect one charged me $100 and it still leaked and had noticeable damage from banging. I communicated that to them, I got no response back for a week, so I requested $50 back since the problem wasn't fixed, still no answer. To make a long story short I took my vehicle to the dealership, I had to replace the seal again and the leak is no more and fixed. still haven't heard or received my $50 I requested from them.

The owner Jovan has no clue what is going on so he lies everytime we call for an update. I was told to drop it off because the transmission was in, I was told they finally started working on it last Thursday, now he says that they are having to wait for the transmission and there is logistics involved. He has no clue what lie to give us next. Why they don't just fix my vehicle and give it back is beyond me. Why keep dragging us through the mud for no reason. I paid the high down, I have made every payment on time even though my vehicle is not fixed still at almost 3 months into this. How can this even be real. The worst part is they do this to people knowing they can't do a thing about it. They don't lose anything and could care less because they will just keep getting away with scamming people. It's been over a week and all I want is an accurate update or my vehicle back. Is that too much to ask?!?! Even better when you get a call from the owner that last 2 mins and he answers nothing then hangs up on you because scamming customers is more important. Jovan is even more rude than his staff. The absolute worst dealership and shop! STAY AWAY!!! Update #2: They finally tell me to drop my vehicle off and have now had it for 2 days and have not touched it at all! Their awful excuse is it was too long to get in their shop so they had to clean the other side out. Are you serious?!?! Don't bother trying to talk to anyone because you can't ever talk to anyone just the worthless guy who answers the phone and is rude and can't do anything at all. This company just gets worse and worse. They don't care that your making payments on time while they run you around, or that they are leaving you without a vehicle for over a week when it was supposed to be 3-4 days which is still longer than most shops. Update: It has now been over 2 months since I started the fight with this company. I still do not have my 50k vehicle fixed. Still more excuses, we have to repeatedly call for updates and get nowhere. Don't ask to speak to the owner because it won't ever happen. The warranty they offer is just a cash cow for them they don't actually honor it or do anything with it. I called the warranty company myself and they have no record of my vehicle.....at this point I'm convinced they never planned to fix my vehicle. Transmission was supposed to be in today, here it is end of day no word from anyone and conveniently no one is available to speak to either. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE AS YOU CAN!!! At first thought we found a diamond in the rough here. Had nice vehicles and even offer a warranty.....the catch is you will get a vehicle with a big mechanical issue then you will spend the next 30 plus days fighting to get it fixed. Fighting just to get communication. You will get the run around. Call the warranty company and after almost a month since I bought the vehicle they say they don't even show an active account for me. Yet I'm told by Vicki that I have an approved repair. Wait 2 weeks for a tacking number that I have to keep calling for updates on just to be told conveniently it was lost in shipping....how do you lose a whole transmission??? That's not counting the radio screen that doesn't work still. So here we are over a month later, a 50k vehicle with nothing but problems and no answers.

After being a dedicated customer for over 30 years, we are calling it quits with Earnie and Sons…read more First, when my husband brought his pick up truck in for repair, when he got the call that it was ready, and after spending $600+, it broke down within 1 block from the shop. Not only could they never figure out the problem, they charged us again for more work AND for the tow! Two years later, my hubby's other car began running rough. He dropped it off at Earnie's again. For the third time in two years, they changed the spark plugs and the initial coil. Before he could get off Owen Drive, the check engine light came on and it began running rough. Being non confrontational and a loyal customer, hubby wouldn't call to let them know they did unnecessary work, charged him, and didn't solve the problem. Instead, he is now taking it to the dealer. I couldn't stand the thought of them taking advantage of him (again) so I called and spoke to Sandy who relayed the information to Warren. When she returned to the phone she said, "If he wants to take it to the dealer, he can. We can go our separate ways.". I was appalled and shocked by his cavalier attitude, and heartbroken knowing that my hubby thought of them as family., Thank goodness he doesn't read reviews; I hope he never finds out how little they value 40 years of patronage and what he thought was a friendship.
