I haven't been to a Flea Market since I was about 10, and I was really excited to come here. I loved this place! So many awesome products and very good prices! Just don't wear white shoes like I did. I was lucky enough to keep them white, but you'll be walking on dirt and gravel. I'd definitely come back! Too bad it's only open on Saturday & Sunday. Very cool open air flea market! They have lots of interesting items including cast-iron pans, tools, T-shirts, home decor, baby gear and so much more. There's even the shop to get your haircut for $15! And if you get hungry you can get yourself a snack and a drink at the Murphy Dog House. read more

Awesome flea market! I found some great vinyl and got it for such an amazing price. Everyone is super nice and willing to give you the best price. I also found a cool framed Cadillac photo that I had to grab... love me some vintage cars but even more so Cadillacs! Highly recommend checking this spot out especially on a Saturday morning. Skip this flea market-- lots of junk that should be thrown out or donated- only one shop with the artificial flowers stands out with good prices and polite service.One man after inquiring about a piece was openly hostile to us - Just rude. Others sell dusty knickknacks and old furniture with holes in them that looked like picked up from the dump.One shop sells mounted animal heads and Trump memorabilia. It used to be fun interacting with friendly local people but not so anymore-- even the woman trying to play the guitar was in a sour mood. read more

There were many vendors absent but it's still a good flea market. We spent about an hour there and spent a little money too. There are still vendors with old stuff but it's kinda being taken over with the newer junkie stuff.. I was hoping for local items like jams jelly honey, found a little at one stand. read more

Ooooh goodness, this place is a mecca for all types of folks each and every weekend, and one of my favorite people watching places of all time. I've been to Decker's a lot and somehow it doesn't get old. The vendors don't really change their products, but yet I'm always looking for some great find that I haven't seen before. It's pretty large and has a mix of shops both inside and outside. In the winter, Franklin stoves are used to heat the place, and there's no air conditioning in the summer, but that's part of the charm. My favorite things to shop for here are produce (local and so cheap it's not even funny), local jams/honey, cookbooks, books in general, and picture frames -- there's this one shop owner who makes awesome frames from all types of wood. Other things you can find include antique dental tools that make my dentist sister squirm, puppies, typical fare from a dollar store, and lots of confederate flags. Believe me, you have not seen Murphy until you have seen Decker's. read more

Decker's is the be-all, end-all of flea markets. Open every weekend and Friday's from May - October. The produce is fresh, yummy and very reasonably priced. There is a mix of the usual flea market fare but also some stores that specialize in items. One has a TON of silk flowers for all types of arrangements and they are the best prices around for cemetary decorations or spiffing up elsewhere. I flew from upper NYS on May 1 to visit my sister who suggested that we go to Decker's Flea Market. It was on Sunday & rainy. We were happy that it was open on Sunday because we didn't know what to do with ourselves. I found a beautiful pari of red snakeskin & black leather cowboy boots. They were priced at $60.00 but, the salesman sold them to me for $40.00. They're reviously owned but, they're in great shape. I love them. I also found a beautiful leather pocket book/backpack for only $14.00. We had a great time. Them people are the sweetest people that's on the face of this earth. I'm going to Decker's again when I go back for a visit. read more

Decker's flea market is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a fun and unique item for a gift or for a decorator piece for your home. The local produce is amazing, the prices are reasonable, the items are varied, and the boiled peanuts are fresh. Decker's flea market is exactly what you want from a flea and well worth the visit. My grandparents used to take us every week to the Flea and then to Decker's restaurant in Unaka and it was always such a fun time, one that I've continued when I travel to the area. read more
