I was told the fee for the visit would be waived. The person on the phone said they would come twice, once to measure and make sure the right things were ordered and a second time to install. When the came out to do the install they said the door seal was out of stock and they would come again to install that once it was in stock. They came out again a couple weeks later to install the seal. The invoice was for $400 more than what was quoted. When I called, I was told it was because of the extra visit. Had I been given a choice I would have told them just to come out when they have everything. I was not given that choice. Get your quote in writing.
