same day visit. everyone was so nice...over the phone and in person. they called to let me know they were on their way after a visit to the gas station. then asked me if i wanted a coffee or anything! tech was so knowledgeable and explained everything i wanted to know about how garage door works and what went wrong. they swept up the glass from the window i broke and took it away rather than add it to my trash bin. said they cant order directly from my door's manufacturer but if i get a new panel myself, they can install. they didn't leave until they were sure they had answered all my questions and (temporarily) fixed my door to my satisfaction. great experience! read more

Recent job summer, 2024, at my residence. I was worried I might need to replace entire garage door, motor, and track system mechanism. Nevaya in office set up promptly an estimate visit and advised me that the technician would have fully equipped truck and, if repairs/replacement parts, only, would be necessary; he'd, likely, be able to do the job same day. Nathan was prompt, knowledgeable, advised me that the door and motor did not need to be replaced, YAY! He discussed the issues, options, and worked up an estimate on the spot. I have 2 garage doors, each with a spring needing replacement. Their website listed one of their services as 'broken spring replacement' and their Yelp listing also listed 'spring installation'. When scheduling, I also clearly told their representative that I wanted existing springs replaced. I was therefore quite surprised that the responding technician told me upon arrival that they don't service doors with spring systems. Instead, he tried to upsell me with a new torsion bar system installation. Yes, the torsion bar systems are superior, but my springs usually last 10-12 years and I wasn't ready to upgrade at this point. I'm not out of any money, but they wasted my time and theirs. I gave 2 stars because they did respond the same day and were polite. read more

I initially messaged Paul because my garage door wouldn't close and it made so much noise. He sent a young man over the next day and he fixed it! The door closed and he replaced the broken button at no charge. I couldn't believe it. I asked him about the noise, since it seemed the door was just noisy. He explained it was an old door and there was a warp in a section. He explained there was a newer door, same color and identical that I could replace it with. He never tried to sell me on a new door but I was pretty tired of the noise. I placed an order for a new door and within a few days it was installed. I also had a mix up with the HOA but Paul resolved it within hours and my door went up. I'm super happy and 100% recommend Paul for your garage door needs. read more

I had a great experience with Paul and his crew at Door Serv Pro. I had 2 garage doors that had no garage door openers, and 1 of them had a broken spring. I emailed Paul, and he replied very quickly. The appointment was scheduled quickly. The installers arrived on time. They were just as friendly as Paul was. They replaced the old "regular" springs on both doors with new torsion springs, and they installed 2 garage door openers. After they left, I noticed that 1 of the lights was not going out. I emailed Paul, and again got a response within minutes. He had guy come out the next day to replace one of the motors. That installer (different guy) came out and did his thing. Looked like it was working, but by later that day, I could tell the problem with the light still existed. Once again, I emailed Paul, and he replied within minutes... apologizing profusely for the ongoing issue. He came out himself and looked things over. He scheduled the original installer to come back out and replace the controller on the wall. That did the trick! All of this took about a week, but Paul was there every step of the way. I cannot say enough about how awesome he is. His crew is great too. I think my technical issue was pretty rare, but Door Serv Pro was there for me. They have AMAZING service. I used these guys a year ago to repair my Garage door. The young guy that came out was great and he unsold me on a new torsion spring with a warranty. Fast ford a year and the cable on the garage door broke. I called to get service and they told me it would be at no cost because it was under warranty. So a few days later a technician came out and not even there for 5 minutes and he says it going to cost 189.00. My wife told him that it was under warranty and that is when he said that the metal was compromised by urine and he couldn't complete the job. He was charging me because 2 of the rollers came off track. I told him they came off track because the cable broke. Needles to say I did the repairs myself in less than an hour once I got the cables off amazon. I will need a new Garage door at some point but I won't use these guys. I also got a call from Adam the Qc manager stating he wanted to keep my business. I called back left a message with customer service and I have yet to hear from him and it's been about a week and a few days. read more
