I called AIM on a rainy Saturday morning. They were out to my house within 45 minutes. My garage door opener was manufactured by a company no longer in business and the belt was shredded, but they were able to find a belt in their inventory, that would normally be Impossible to find and came back later that afternoon and fixed it with no issue. These two service trips, same day service and repair cost only $85. I highly recommend AIM. read more

Such great people! My garage door was making strange squeaky noises for days, I oiled it, didn't help. I called Aim, they came within 2 hours. But guess what, when they got here, the noise was gone!! I was so embarrassed, but they were soooo nice about it. They were very understanding, explained that the oil could take a little while to work in, they even gave me tips on how to maintain the door, all without charging me anything. Not your typical repair company - kind, professional, honest, and go the extra mile. I called AIM garage doors and spoke with Lisa on a Saturday afternoon about a garage door repair. I wanted to schedule for them to come out as soon as possible but considering it was the Saturday before New Year's (and it was snowing), I didn't expect for them to come out before mid-week. However, Lisa mentioned that they was a likelihood they could stop by later that day or possibly that Monday. I told her it wasn't urgent so if they could make it by mid-week I'd be content. She mentioned again that she may call me later if they could get by AND that it would be NO CHARGE to look at the garage door or fix it if it was something simple. Let me say, I'd had called around and every other garage company wanted like $100 or more just to come out any day of week (regardless of what the problem may have been), so that said a lot about their company to not take hit customers right off the bat like that. To my surprise, I received a call that Lisa and her husband would be able to stop by to look at the garage door later that evening. They showed up and fixed the problem in no time, which was which was a bad trolley, as she thought and mentioned in our conversation by phone. They were true to their estimate, a pleasure to talk to, and do bisiness with. She mentioned that they like to treat people the way they would want to be treated - many people say that but they proved they mean it and live it!! I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

I had a spring break and called company (1B). They showed up charged me $100 and left in 15 minutes with no fix because the part they needed "that company was out of business" and would call me in a few days... Soo I called Aim Door company and they showed up on a Saturday evening to fix my door with a few good laughs my door was fixed in less then an hour and works great. On a side note. (1B) called back and said I needed a whole new system $875 and another $100 for a visit. Talk about trying to take advantage of a customer. I recently had two new steel Clopay doors installed at my house to replace the original doors from the 1970s. Ron and his subcontractor, Nevin, did a great job removing the old doors and setting up the new ones. I had new tracks and new LiftMaster openers installed at the same time. I LOVE the new doors. They are so quiet and smooth now. The items were in stock when I ordered them so it didn't take long to coordinate the install date. Lisa provided great customer service to me. She also does the billing work and would text me and reply to my emails promptly. She attached pdf files and photos to give me more details when I had questions. The prices were very competitive. This company provides great service and the products look amazing installed! I am very pleased that I used AIM Garage Doors and I would recommend them to others. Ron and Lisa are experts in garage doors and door service. They are professional, pleasant, honest and prompt. I highly recommend them for any size install or repair! The "handyman" hired to install an alumunium flashing surround on the frame didn't do such a great job. Ron cut the flashing to the proper size and reinstalled the moulding correctly. Now the the door can descend easily without the any more paint rubbing off. They provided an estimate for free over the phone and because the job didn't take as long as they first thought they charged me less than estimated and Lisa gave me coupons she had for a local restaurant she knew they would not have the opportunity to use! How often does that happen these days?! They are both very pleasant and eager to please their customers. Good ole customer service at its best.
