Work was substandard, not at all the quality I was expecting. They ran out of paint, had to come back, ran out of paint again; at that point We finished it ourselves. Best to just stay away from this Company. All the workers were Freelances not full time employees of DeckPro, which becomes an issue if one of them get hurt on your property. DeckPro workman comp (if they have it would not cover the injury, it would fall on home owners insurance. That was my bad for not checking before hiring. On top off all this, I receive a paid receipt showing the entire bill was paid now weeks later I am being harassed by Randy for payment I told him about the paid receipt and upon returning from vacation I will check my credit card statement he is now threatening me, it's quite the nightmare on a job that really wasn't done painlessly. Regarding his comment about our deck need to be demolished, I've attached a picture we finish the paint ourselves since they ran out of paint twice. Randy is the epitome of the definition Mansplaining. I do not believe his 4.8 review is accurate. I do believe it's probably friends and family building his rating up, he truly is bad news. If I can help anyone not go through what I've gone through it would be worth it. I asked him today for proof of insurance, and he refused to give it to me. From my initial call with Angela, my communication of the payment process and specs with Randy, to the completion of the work done by Matt and Ryan, DeckPro was incredibly responsive, professional, and customer-focused. I indicated a very tight timeline for the work, and they completed power washing, sanding, and re-staining of my front porch in just two days. I contacted DeckPro for an estimate for staining our deck and they were very prompt and courteous. Angela was great and she kept me posted on what we needed to do and when they would be coming out. When the crew came out to clean, and then later to stain the deck, everyone was very communicative and friendly. The deck looks FANTASTIC! Before and after photos attached. I have been pleased with all of the work of the DeckPro Team. As one who is somewhat perfectionistic and likes things done yesterday, I have found the company efficient, eager to do the job thoroughly and to my satisfaction, on time, friendly, and easily accessible. I hesitated to have the deck and wood furniture stained because I had paid a lot of money to have it done two years ago, and the job was disappointing to say the least. Deck pro was responsive to my email requesting work at my house. They did not have to come out to give me an estimate. When Deckpro arrived we discussed the work with a walk thru and adjusted the proposal. The needed work was for partial fence cleaning, back house cleaning and power washing a paved stamped concrete patio. We added on the windows and front stoop. Deckpro was accommodating to our change in plans. Deck pro arrived on time and stayed about 5 hours. He did an excellent job. He showed us the progress with power washing in sections. It made us appreciate the thorough job he was doing. The price was competitive. I've used this company for various projects over the years. They are always responsive, professional and reasonably priced. This time it was gutter cleaning and the annual yard clean up. They did a great job - prompt response and great service. In the spring I will use them to powerwash my awnings and redo the deck. I highly recommend them! read more

I know there have been a lot of positive reviews for this company, but we did not experience this with our experience with this company. From the very beginning they dropped the ball. It took over 2 months just to get an appointment. When they finally did schedule the appointment they changed at the last minute. All sorts of problems with approving the quote online were the owner had to continuously apologize for one problem after another. On the day of service they didn't schedule a time to show up, they schedule morning or afternoon. The crew did not show up until 1.5 hours after the five hour scheduled time to do the work. They never called to say they where on their way, never called to say they would be late, never called to say they wouldn't be showing up. We personally think this company is not very good and you should avoid using them. read more
