I took my nephews to their appointments. One was a checkup and the second one was an initial…read moreappointment. My nephew's teeth, that has been through the process, look amazing! I met the doctor and he was super. His staff was phenomenal! They were all so welcoming and friendly. They have a board with all the new patients coming in, my nephew thought that was fun to see. The doctor doesn't do anything that isn't beneficial to the patient. He makes sure that they get the best results by having a plan and it doesn't mean braces are the first step. Very well explained. Had to fill out new patient paperwork and they were nice when I took forever doing so. I'm not a patient but after going through the first initial appointment if I needed an orthodontist, I would definitely choose Dr. Helms.
