They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment, were conversational with my parents who were in desperate need of exactly that, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. We continued to employ them afterwards because of how much my parents like having them around. My mother recently passed and a few days before it happened, we knew that the scheduled cleaning wasn't going to be necessary. I explained the situation and their response was prompt, compassionate, and filled with well-wishing's. Later that same day, we received a beautiful Edible Arrangement from Clean Co with a sympathy card attached. Our entire experience with them went beyond customer service. Their work was exactly what they promised, exactly what was needed, their bedside manner was perfect for my parents, their warm conversation was as welcomed as their efforts to keep the place in good condition, and their generosity and thoughtfulness is not something we will soon forget. She did more in 3 hours than I had done on some of my projects in 6 months. Well worth the small investment. Life-changing for someone who is chronically disorganized like me. She's also warm and assuring without being fluffy or condescending, and I don't feel judged by her (like I do so often about my messes.) She has a plan and she can also be flexible as she understands the intentions of a space.
