Literally had the worst experience with them that I had to create a yelp account just to write this. Me and my roommate received a promotional card that said "25 dollar cleanings!". We have a very small apartment and we only wanted 3 tiny rooms cleaned as a one-time thing so we could start the month off fresh. As soon as the cleaner arrived I knew we had made a mistake. She brought her ~10 year old daughter with her, and said her daughter doesn't understand english and that she had trouble communicating herself, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE if not for what happened after, but it was honestly horrible & weird watching a little girl mop, anyway, about 45 minutes in, the mother handed me a cell phone and apparently it was her boss telling me the bill I received on the app was not correct and 70 dollars needed to be added to it since it was our first cleaning. I was extremely confused and asked her to further explain but she just repeated it and said, "don't worry it's a one time thing". Then the cleaner herself started saying the same thing repeatedly as I looked at her confused. How was I suppose to say "Okay no!" and kick these people out of the house after 45 minutes????? I planned to call back to at least understand the extra charge, but I would NOT have been writing this review if there was just that charge and no other issues. The mother and daughter left an hour later, the place was only cleaned on the surface, (floors were washed, counters were wiped, that's about it) I would have been unsatisfied regardless, but for the fact that I ended up being charged ~180 (I really thought it was going to be ~85) for 3 rooms you can hardly even spread your arms in is ridiculous. (The kitchen is 1/4 of the living-room, the bathroom is a short hallway w a toilet, and my bedroom is a small boston college apartment bedroom :,( ) The worst part so far is that I called to ask about the fee and possibly fight it only to find out that we are FORCED to have 3 more of these overpriced and suspicious cleanings. Zyp has been messaging me for months now brining up that the next cleaning is coming and I have to keep calling, asking to speak to a manager, and putting off these overpriced and unprofessional cleanings. I got a text at 11 pm last night asking if I was "ready to resume my cleaning for tomorrow". The whole thing is a nightmare. Stay away!!!

When I called to complain and ask for a refund, their customer service said they couldn't refund but could send a cleaner to deliver the service I ordered in the first place, with no extra charges. So I accepted it. However, a few days later I found out that they had charged me the price of the full service again, without me knowing it at all. If I hadn't checked my credit card records, I probably wouldn't even notice this second charge. Their customer service was really hard to communicate with as well. So if possible, don't choose this company. If you choose to work with these people, be very careful and double check how much and how many times they charge you.

She and another woman arrived right on time for my scheduled appointment. I had a few spots I let her know upfront that I would like to make sure were included in the deep clean, but for the most part, they quickly went about their work, and had my 2 BR/1 BA sparkling in about two hours. They asked me to look everything over before they left, and having paid for a deep clean, I LOOKED. They moved my furniture to sweep and mop underneath, cleaned my windows, baseboards, dusted the ceiling fan, did some sort of magic in my cat's food and litter area, got food spills out of my fridge, even washed my son's baby bottles in addition to all the regular cleaning. I can't find anything they missed or didn't do that I asked. They did everything but my laundry, but to be honest, if I had asked, they probably would have tossed a load in for me too. Now I can focus on decluttering and organizing since they saved me so much time on the dirty work! Thanks Eni!

However, after being robbed by one of the cleaners, I needed to share this review. In the past, I've generally been happy with the cleanings, though there have been minor issues here and there. The quality of the cleaning often depends on who Eni sends, as some cleaners are better than others. On occasion, I've had to point out areas that weren't up to par. I also had one incident where one of the cleaners left my home unlocked while I was on vacation and accidentally took my keys. The keys were returned to my lockbox the next day, but my home remained unlocked until I returned. Eni apologized, and we agreed not to have that cleaner return to my home. While she was kind, I couldn't risk that happening again. What prompted me to write this review, however, was a robbery. This past weekend was my birthday, and I had several birthday cards (one still sealed in an envelope) in a pile on my dining room buffet. When I returned home, I noticed the pile was missing. Normally, if there are papers in the house, the cleaners either clean around them or neatly stack them without moving them. I asked Eni to check with the cleaners (one of whom was new and had never cleaned my home before) to see where the cards had gone. I was told they were placed in a cabinet on the shelf--something they shouldn't have done in the first place. I checked, and sure enough they were where they said they were but the sealed card had been opened, the money was gone, and a card that previously contained a gift card was missing the gift card. I called Eni immediately and expressed how upset I was. She was very apologetic, told me she had fired the cleaner who took the money, and offered to send me the amount that was stolen (which she did through Venmo). However, after this experience, I felt that I could no longer trust her service. The fact that Eni doesn't seem to properly vet the people she hires makes it impossible for me to continue using her services. I can't risk having someone like that in my home again.
