They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

They brought sample boards during the estimate process so I could actually see the finish before committing, and they even accommodated my last-minute color change with no issues. I also asked to switch my knobs to pulls and they took care of it. Everything included/excluded was clearly explained before the project started, so there were no surprises. The quality of work was decent so I'm giving 2 stars (although paint started chipping immediately in some places). They forgot to install soft closing hinges which I specifically requested and increased the price of the project for, but then lied that I didn't request it. They then didn't measure the handles and knobs on the cabinet and install them all completely crooked. They then lied again and got defensive, saying it was the holes in the old cabinets that were crooked. First they had to drill new holes to accommodate the new handles I bought so that's an excuse and even if that's the case, a professional shouldn't be satisfied with shoddy work like this. I got them to eventually fix this, but they were completely unprofessional and upset the entire time. For the cabinets they had to fix, they reinstalled them very sloppily in annoyance and they have been misaligned ever since. Save your time and go somewhere else.

While he said he could try to do it himself, he suggested a professional tile cleaner would do a better job, and he knew just that person. In barely 15 minutes, Eran was at my door! My tiles, which were fairly new, have a natural glaze and do not require sealant. Yet, on numerous occasions, different cleaning people and even my handyman decided that sealant would make it shine more. Maybe so, for the first few weeks, but once the shine wore off, there were embedded scuff marks and ground in dirt that were impossible to ignore, let alone clean! Adding more sealant to an existing mess just made it worse. I was desperate enough to replace the "offending" tiles, but it would cost more than the initial job when so many tiles were affected. Long story short, Eran and his vast team came in and attacked the problem at once, spending painstaking hours stripping my *entire* floor of layers of gunk, leaving it looking almost as good as it did the day it was first installed.
