We purchased a house that needed some updates and our realtor had recommended SimpleFloors for their fair pricing and installation. We did our due diligence and shopped other flooring stores to compare and they were definitely more competitive in selection and price. Danny at Simplefloors was referred to us by a family friend. Danny works with a few installers and manages much of the customer experience when buying new floors. Our floors were originally installed in 2021 and everything was perfect. Over time the floor began to cup, and the installer (Jeff with GOT YOU FLOORED) came out for a warranty repair. Long story short, the manufacturer changed installation requirements that did not align with the original installation issue, which led to an inspector blaming the installation as the reason for our issues. From my perspective the manufacturer pulled a fast one and left Danny and Jeff to deal with an unhappy customer (Me). While this sounds like a terrible business practice on behalf of the manufacturer, Danny and Jeff ultimately made things right and honored their warranty, knowing it was a manufacturer issue that they would not rectify. It is hard to find someone you can trust when it comes to home renovation work, but Danny, Jeff and their teams are responsive, punctual, and most importantly they do a great job. Danny helped coordinate new materials, and Jeff and his team were in and out in less than 3 days completing the reinstallation, and it looks even better than before. Thank you, Danny! read more

My wife and I were having a VERY hard time nailing down a floor for our new house. The selections appeared overwhelming and the contractors we talked to only had sparse samples. Everything changed when, by luck, we walked into the simpleFloors showroom where every option was right there in large form factor sample sheets and immaculately organized. They were able to clearly explain the differences between the products and help us pick out what was right for us. We were able to narrow it down to just two and they even let us borrow the samples to see them in our house to help decide! We just bought a new home and needed to replace the disgusting green (yes, green!) carpet that was throughout the house. We weren't sure if we were going to use hardwood or laminate.
