I didn't need to fill out any paperwork or take any pictures. Within 5 days they called me back and I picked up my passport and visa (sticker) inside. (I'm Vietnamese) you have to be Vietnamese to get the 5 year one I believe. I've recommended all my Viet friends who wants to visit Vietnam even though they said they're only going for a short time. Once you visit VN you'll more likely will go back next time etc. With a 5 years one, you don't need to keep getting a tourist visa everytime. This saves time and money.

After my sister's Vietnam visa was denied multiple times (her own errors), we found this place and they asked for $350 to get a landing visa the same day (we were leaving that day). I texted all her info to a number they provided and they set it up within two hours. We had high expectations based on the assurances you provided, but everything went wrong from the moment we landed in Ho Chi Minh City. First, the $25/person charge Jasmine imposed on us to expedite our E-Visas for Vietnam was completely unnecessary, especially considering one e-visa had already been approved long before you even attempted to expedite it. I also trusted your assurance that my e-visa would be approved in time, as you claimed you had connections in customs to expedite the process. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. When we arrived, your "agent" submitted my paperwork to customs, and after an hour of scrutiny, I was told that I should not have applied for a VISA ON ARRIVAL because I had already submitted an e-visa application that was in progress. The customs officer scolded me and said that was against their rules. Jasmine never mentioned this crucial rule to me and proceeded to still charge me an exorbitant amount for invalid visa on arrival. Had I known about it this rule, I would have never agreed to pay Jasmine for the visa on arrival since it was clearly against Vietnam's entry rules. The customs officer was extremely frustrated, and your "agent" was completely unaware of my visa situation. He received no detail information from Jasmine. He didn't know Jasmine's name/Le's Travel or that I had applied for an e-visa prior to my arrival in HCM. I was left in a highly stressful limbo in customs security for multiple hours with no clear answers. I was then presented with two unacceptable options: stay at the airport overnight in uncertainty (there was no sleeping allowed in the airport), or buy expensive return tickets back home to the US. During this entire ordeal, Jasmine or Le's Travel was completely unreachable in any way. This was the outcome after spending $275 via Zelle for your "services" that were guaranteed to ensure a smooth entry into Vietnam. Only after my boyfriend's intervention and convincing talk with customs was I finally granted entry into the country. Overall, we were lied to, misled and taken advantage of by Jasmine and her company Le's Travel. We paid for services that were poorly managed and, frankly, delivered no value. In reality Jasmine's actions could have gotten us detained and forced to be sent back to America under duress. If Jasmine had been upfront about the potential issues with my e-visa, we would have never paid for the additional services and would have postponed the trip until my legitimate e-visa was processed. My family visited the Bolsa office looking for assistance with selecting a Vietnam tour. We were not demanding special treatment, discounts, or anything unreasonable. We simply expected the basic level of guidance and professionalism that any customer should receive when visiting a travel agency. Instead, we were met with what can only be described as dismissive, indifferent, and shockingly poor customer service. The representative, Mai Phuong, appeared unwilling to help from the moment we sat down. When we asked for assistance choosing between tours, she responded, "You should do your homework on the Vietravel website." That comment alone was surprising. If customers are expected to do all the research themselves, what exactly is the purpose of visiting a travel agency and speaking with a travel consultant? Trying to move forward, I politely asked for help understanding the information on the website. When I stepped closer to view her screen, she immediately stopped me, refused to show the screen, and gestured that I should not stand behind her. The entire interaction felt cold, hostile, and unwelcoming. The experience continued to get worse. When we asked what time the tour vehicle would return, her answer was simply, "Look on the screen." When we asked where the tour departure location was, she replied with just one word: "190." No street name. No address. No landmark. No explanation. At that point, it became obvious that answering customer questions and providing helpful service was not a priority. What stood out most was not a single rude comment, but the overall attitude. Every question seemed to irritate her. Every request for clarification felt like an inconvenience. Instead of feeling like valued customers, we felt like we were being tolerated. Customer service is the foundation of any travel business. People visit travel agencies because they want advice, expertise, and guidance. Unfortunately, we received none of those things. After more than a decade of loyalty, Vietravel has lost our family's business entirely.
