Some of the art displayed was so unique I'm sure it's one of a kind. Lon Lane's Inspired Occasions catered the opening and they did an amazing job. Innovative food stations throughout the store provided marvelous tastes as I browsed. This is a store I will enjoy visiting when I am looking for that special something to add to my home décor or purchase a gift for someone special.

The kitchen pieces and furniture are all wonderful looking but customer service was one of the worst. They gave me plates and bowls that I took home and checked the quality after, which half were defective with nicks and bad finish to where you can see the base material. Their policy was that once the sticker is taken off, they can't do anything about it. But instead of being sorry or offering an alternative solution, they just laughed it off and left. Trash. Other than that, the only reason I saved it at 2 stars was the curbside pick up. The gentlemen was really kind and helpful, much better than the rude manager of the store. Price wise, the dinnerware are pretty affordable and decent.

This is not the place to go of you need something same day. Michael greeted us and then was available as we had questions. He balanced giving us space and being available perfectly. We spent over an hour of visiting about different bedroom sets, living room sets, and rugs. We then went to two other stores shopping before calling it a day. Furnture Deal$ had the best price. Furniture deals had exactly what we wanted. We returned a few days later and Michael had all the notes and we ordered everything ( bed, mattress, chest, sofa, love seat, rugs, kitchen table, chairs.... ). We scheduled delivery for the day we moved into our new home. When you're there, make sure what you want is in stock. Make sure that you get everything you want. The Delivery Fee is a set amount no matter how large the order. The day before the delivery, at 3pm I received an automated call with a time window for delivery. The morning of the delivery I received a call with an update that we were next and they would be arriving in 12 minutes. Scott and another furnature specialist arrived and unloaded everything, moved everything, and then assembled everything. They were very respectful of the building, the elevator, and made sure everything was placed Exactly where we wanted it. Through the process, everything was unwrapped and all the shipping materials, cardboard, and packing materials were all removed. A few weeks later, I am very satisfied as everything is perfect, comfortable and functional.

The salesman (Gary) was very nice and professional and told me about various options and sales. I ended up buying a gently used sitting chair in good condition that they professionally clean that was 50% off. So it was much less expensive than other chairs I had been looking at and better quality. Gary and another associate wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into the back of my SUV. They have a 14 day return policy if you decide you don't like an item.

When we happened to be traveling to Kansas City, we stumbled upon Arhaus and pulled over right away. We must have spent hours in the store trying to figure out which couch was the perfect fit for us, sitting on every cushion at every possible angle! It must have been funny to others watching us but it's such a big purchase, we just have to be sure! We kept going back to the original modular couch and the associate noticed this as well. The star associate who helped us, Elizabeth, was so friendly and honest with which couch selections would meet our criteria of being compatible with having small kids and pets in the home. She explained in detail the special warranty option and how to clean each fabric we were interested in. She sent us home with print outs and samples of fabrics we liked and we felt really good about the impromptu trip to this furniture store.
