While I have never heard of At Home, I didn't know what to expect. Now I can say it is a homegoods on steroids with tons of options in a huge store! I arrived during their slow hours so it was fairly quiet. The shelves seemed to be fully stocked with tons of things to check out. I was focused on the outdoor area specifically string lights and an umbrella. I was satisfied with the vast options and was able to select what I was looking for. The outdoor rugs were okay, I didn't find what I was exactly looking for in that department but I was still glad there were plenty options. All in all, I now have this place in my back pocket for my home decorating needs!

He was so helpful in our decision making. R&F has a ton of mattress sets to try. We wanted a luxury bed and found exactly that in the Temperpedic King sized Lux Dream Hybrid adjustable bed. Vic was able to deliver both mattress and box spring the day after purchase. He delivers alone, I suspect, and is quite capable of doing all the work himself, but since you got a good deal on your new mattress, it would be nice to help him if you can (these are MY thoughts btw) He also takes the old mattress and box spring to dispose of, which costs about $35, same as our township, but I don't have to drag it out on big trash day. If any of the big places say they take your old mattress away for free, it isn't true. It has been two weeks since our purchase. I wanted to wait to see how my son liked it. He loves it. That's why the price is so cheap. You think you're saving money but in the long run you'll just have to go elsewhere and buy a new mattress. I was livid... the manager said since I didn't have the actual receipt (it was a gift) it probably went on sale for a day and that was the price they would give me - a little over 1 tenth of the list price. After spending tens of thousands of dollars there over the years (I have 3 children who helped) this was the treatment they give their solid customers. What gall! They probably do that with everything - day after Christmas they put everything on sale for 25% of the price for a morning so they can screw all their customers with returns. After this blatant rip off, I would never go back to Macy's - ever.

Do not count on the sales person explaining anything about material, construction etc. even when you ask specifically about "durability". ( I spoke and dealt with Roseann) Then when you notice a "defect", yes a customer can say "defect " ,in your furniture the Oskar Huber customer care group ( spoke to Ann) has every excuse from the manufacturer ( fault them too) that ends in no solution for the customer. In other words, as the customer you are told in not so many words to "just deal with it". Oskar Huber is suppose to be a class A furniture store. My experience after purchasing a 3500 dollar sofa was dreadful and I will never consider this company with any future purchases.
