The quality of the kitchen set we purchased was a concern after a short period of time. The paint started to chip early on. At the one year mark, the screws were literally falling off of the stools. When buying from this store, better make sure your credit history is very good. My wife and I bought a queen size bed priced at $3,500 through acceptance and that method was the worst mistake ever. The first payment went through on September 29 2022 of $154.18 and it felt as if it was no end in sight with how much interest they were charging. Acceptance was the worst experience ever and hopefully other customers will be discouraged by that offer. After a year and a half of those biweekly payments I was finally able to pay my bed off, but hopefully other customers won't have to learn this lesson the hard way. When buying here, use your credit card, it will save you the hassle in the long run. read more

STAY AWAY!! Not worth the hassle we experienced with this purchase. I give two stars because the couches are new and nice and the offerings of snacks, ice cream, candy, and coffee in the actual Bob's store was nice, especially since we had kids with us. The salesman was friendly. That however is really where the good in our experience came to a close. The floor was extremely overcrowded with sales people huddled in groups talking (so much so that they had to keep moving away so we could see inventory). We finally purchased an auto reclining microfiber couch and chair. BE WARNED - the warranty on Bob's furniture is for 5 years, whereas other stores offer much more or lifetime. We figured this would be okay in hopes of saving money up front. We found out the salesman lied *should have seen that coming* and said we would have until we signed for the delivery to decide if the couches were right for our home and that the delivery men would take them back if not. He then upsold us on "white glove" delivery, which is not worth the price (our furniture just clicked together). Finally, when the furniture was delivered there were missing parts and the delivery men (who are just subcontracted workers in a non descript white box truck) just left... yup, asked for a good review and left. THERE WAS NO SIGNING!! What if I was unhappy with the furniture in my home? Just a grimy sales tactic! The delivery men did make a call about the part for us, but after they had left. We received a call from customer service, who wasn't much more helpful, as they said it would take 7 DAYS for the missing part and *SURPRISE* we can't use the recline feature without the part! Spent over $1500 for a microfiber couch and chair and a lot of hassle/ untruthfulness/ headache. I'll just sit here and twiddle my thumbs waiting for the parts needed for my couch and rub my temples... *crickets* UPDATE: It's now been well past 7 days and we still haven't recorded parts! My "leather" sofa and loveseat is peeling badly although it has only been used a few times in the 8 years I've owned it. Supposed to be "genuine leather" seating surfaces are nothing more than a cheap backing cloth with a sprayed on (painted?) coating that started peeling/flaking while it was sitting unused in a spare room. The back of the loveseat broke the first time my teenage son sat in it. When I called about it they said wear and tear damage is not covered. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY THEIR CRAP FURNITURE! read more

Looks like everyone else's experience was not mine. Everything went perfectly for me and I would recommend them to anyone. Almost fully furnished my place with everything from there and ended up going back for a recliner. I did have some damaged items but they replaced them very quickly with no trouble I was very happy with the service and furniture I would not hesitant to go back! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM BOB's UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS. Cost us more money to get rid of the BED BUGS then the New Furniture that I bought. Bobs took NO responsibility even though I have PROOF that they came from the sub contracted delivery van. I have fought with the Store Manager and filed a complaint with BBB and BOB's refuses to take responsibility for their actions. I purchased furniture from Bob's Furniture (over $1500.00) on 11/20/22. The sofa was delivered on 11/23/22. The recliner was delivered on 12/6/22. The recliner was delivered in an unmarked truck through a subcontracted person. From 12/6/22 through 1/20/23 my fiancé was coated in itchy bug bites and we had no clue what they were from and they continued to get worse. On 1/20/23 Humphries Extermination came and did an assessment. The State Certified Inspector from Humphreys Pest Control found beg bug exoskeletons in the Dillion Brown Manual Recliner. Our furniture was delivered with bed bugs. We have spent over $1000 in damages and time getting the bed bugs exterminated and cleaning the whole house and everything in it. Took my fiancé over a month to heal and the bites are still healing. It is an extremely exhausting process for both of us. I called Bob's customer service and they said they could do nothing for me. I then spent from 2/2/23 - 2/28/23 in communication with the store manager about the situation. He is refusing to respond to me. I have a LOT of documentation, photos and proof of communication and PROOF that BED BUGS were in our recliner when it was delivered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOBS FURNITURE. read more

We were enticed by the commercials and decided to check out the "savings" tonight. As there several staff members on the clock, none of them decided to greet us as we entered or walked around the store. Two male salesmen passed right by us and never asked could they be of any assistance which is a shame because we actually found a sofa and pattern we liked in our price range!!! Only upside was the music and FREE treats offered in their "cafe" which I helped myself to a stale piece of candy. We ordered a basic in stock sofa and chair. The initial experience with the salesman was lovely. After that it went down hill fast. The delivery was all messed up. They had the two items on two different trucks and sent to two different address. Charged us for white glove delivery and then when they finally got it right with the chair they didnt have on the original truck, they delivered and dropped off the chair in the box and said we didnt pay for white glove for this item. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WITH THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY. It was left at my 90yr moms apartment in a box and the guys just said sorry not my job and left her and the big box. I will never go here or suggest anyone go here every again. HORRIBLE Service. read more
