I'm in the process of decorating my backyard and rooftop and although I am about 70% done, I received a couple of recommendations to check this place out. While I have never heard of At Home, I didn't know what to expect. Now I can say it is a homegoods on steroids with tons of options in a huge store! I arrived during their slow hours so it was fairly quiet. The shelves seemed to be fully stocked with tons of things to check out. I was focused on the outdoor area specifically string lights and an umbrella. I was satisfied with the vast options and was able to select what I was looking for. The outdoor rugs were okay, I didn't find what I was exactly looking for in that department but I was still glad there were plenty options. Be careful what you buy from here. Everything here is grossly overpriced. Management has also taken it upon themselves to mark up prices. If you notice each item sold by At Home has a price printed on the packaging. I've noticed someone is going around with a price sticker gun and marking up the items by 15-20%. Why? I am convinced that people trying to sell their grossly overpriced houses are buying decor from here and taking it back once they sell their home, because everything here looks exactly like that. It looks nice but it isn't quality you're paying for. We had bought a few wall shelves for $30 each and could not get them to hang properly at all. The screws provided stripped very easily and the shelf didn't hang straight. I also bought a hamper from here that fell a part within a month from owning it. God forbid a baby or animal tried jumping in it, the metal frame would've impaled them. read more

I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at At Home in Monroeville, PA. My mom and I drove an hour 1/2 there and back to find a rug for my dining room. When we got home and unpackaged the rug, we found yellow stains all over the end of the rug, so much that it had seeped through causing yellow stains on the back side as well. The store manager, Wendy was asked to assist with our issue. When she showed up, she was very rude and unconcerned with our issue and time spent driving to and from their store- twice. She brushed us off and said there was no way that would be the case And immediately walked away. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. I recently went to the Willow Grove PA location and the isles look like a bomb hit and the prices are high. Even things were on the floor. Needed help finding something but I couldn't find anybody around seems like they're hiding. The store is a pigsty. read more

"At home" has a ton of stuff. And duplicates of those. The prices are a little bit high for all this made in China stuff. I think people would buy more if it was half of the price they ask. My friend raved about this store (but a different location) and told me to check it out. I was on the hunt for Halloween/Fall decor and decided to check out the website. I ordered an iridescent glass pumpkin and a celestial pumpkin. Both were said to be in stock, so I ordered them for in store pick up. An hour or so later, I receive the notification that my order is ready, but only one of the items was available (the other item was no longer in stock.....) That was a little annoying considering it was available when I purchased it, but whatever. I arrive at the store and text the phone number for curbside pickup. I wait about 10 minutes, I never got a text back that someone was coming out with my order. I then call the store saying that I'm there for curbside pickup and they say they will bring it out to me. Again I'm waiting another 10 minutes. Just when I was about to call again, someone came out with my order. So in total, it took about 25 minutes for someone to come out and give me my ONE pumpkin......... I haven't been inside, and I probably would have went inside since it was taking so long to pick it up, but I did not bring my mask with me, so I could not go in. read more

I really want to like this place. I mean it's a warehouse type store that has home furnishings...what's not to like?! Weeeelllll, I don't know if it's because they're still stocking shelves and moving things around but the store felt really disjointed. The layout was not intuitive. While a lot of their stuff was cute, it wasn't any different or more affordable than home goods, bed, bath & beyond, TJ Max or Marshall's. This store has a lot in one place. Prices seem average. This is a welcome addition to the area. If you love home-goods, this store may be for you! They have a whole lot of Christmas trees and decorations. Bed and bath items, wall hangings. Some furniture accessory items. Worth driving over and taking a peak. I hadn't heard of At Home until one of my coworkers posted about it on Facebook and I went that day. The store is in the old Kmart building so it's relatively huge! They have home decor , furniture and more! It kind of reminds me of a Marshall's but with more limited items. For example they may have 5 baskets but they'll have multiples rather than just individuals. They already had Christmas and Halloween decor which I'm not sure if that's a regular thing or not. Their prices were fairly reasonable. Some things were better priced than others. The staff was extremely friendly. The whole store was clean, well stocked, and well organized. Their pillow display is a beautiful rainbow! I definitely will be back to shop. This would make a great place for back to school (dorms) or if you're re-doing a space . I went here to look for outdoor patio furniture. I wasn't impressed at all with their selection. They did however have an extensive picture selection. I purchased an Olaf picture for my daughters playroom and a unicorn picture for her bedroom. The rug selection was pretty good also. I was able to find a rug for my living room. Things were quite a bit messy there in the store. Stuff was all over the place. It was almost like they didn't care. It was in the middle of the Covid "pandemic" so I tried taking that into consideration. The kitchen section was atrocious. I would give them another try. I guess it just depends on what you need but it felt more like a hit or miss kind of store. read more

I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little disappointed in this store. I was extremely excited to check it out considering I go to home decor stores for fun. Unfortunately they're way overpriced. Nice pieces, but price tag is too high. I would never justify buying anything here when I can go across the street and buy the same items for half the price at home goods. read more

The items are nice but the customer service sucks! I couldnt believe with it only being open a couple of weeks that one of their workers was already so rude. If you dont like your job, quit!
