I have heard good things about his work from any local car place I've talked to. Leon is honest. His diagnoses of car issues are skilled and accurate. Before I bought a used car recently, he evaluated it free of charge, and caught an issue that another mechanic had missed. Leon goes above and beyond the call of duty. He has fit my car into his schedule quickly to do brief check-outs and diagnoses at no charge, though he is very busy. He is easy to communicate with because he is direct, respectful and patient. Cars are not my forte, and I've never been talked down to, or experienced condescension.

At first, I was told the repair could be done in three days, but when I called to verify, I was told it would actually take weeks. I'm out of town on vacation with two small children and needed accurate information and proper service. Instead, the service manager was rude, and I haven't been able to get in touch with the general manager. They also refused to reimburse the diagnostic fee even though they can't complete the repair in a reasonable time. This dealership seriously lacks accountability, communication, and customer care. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.
