He reset my onboard computer and turned of the check engine light. Put it up on the hoist to check if everything was ok underneath and discovered that my rear tires were bald and that the alignment was off. Just has the oil changed at Walmart and they never told me about the rear tires, also the people at Walmart auto don't have a clue on how to reset an onboard computer. Bought 2 new tires from Bass Auto and saved some bucks compared to Walmart.

I took my 2012 Honda Civic to East side and they quoted my damages at $4600 (but i only had $500 deductible, thank goodness!!!). My car was dropped off on a monday morning, and I got it back on that thursday afternoon. The only thing is that East side hires a guy from minneapolis who is an expert in fixing vehicles with specifically hail damage, so that's good but also it prevented the guy from getting my car fixed right away because east side had to set up a week where the guy could come down. The hail storm was June 29th and my car was brought to East side on July 21st (because that was the earliest they could get the guy down to Decorah). With that being said, they knew I need to leave that week because I was moving to Houston, Texas, so they made sure my car was the one of the first ones they fixed.
