Multiples erreurs de livraison qui nous ont laissés avec des meubles incomplets dans notre salon, non fonctionnels pendants quelques semaines parce que nous avions donnés nos autres meubles, livraison de certains articles non conformes à notre commande initiale, et la " cerise sur le sunday ", un manque total de service à la clientèle, alors que chaque personne à qui nous avons parlé nous a laissé poireauter pendant plusieurs semaines, en nous promettant des corrections, mais sans jamais faire de suivi, nous forçant à les recontacter constamment. Pour finir pris avec les produits, parce que l'entreprise refusait de corriger la situation ou de reprendre les produits non-conforme, à moins d'accepter d'être remboursé sur seulement 50% de la valeur.
