They could not accommodate a virtual design session. I could not do a 2 hour design session in their shop during the day as I work full time. They were very hard to work with and had a diva like attitude. They backed out of doing anything and never showed me so much as one design for one room. This was a huge disappointment. We recently moved into a new home in Orlando and Cheryl helped to make our new house the perfect home. They have a terrific selection of quality, colorful, fun furniture -- just what we were looking for to furnish our new Florida home. The staff has been extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They know their products very well and were able to give us information that helped us in making our decisions. This store is fun just to browse in, unlike many places that only have monochromatic floor samples. Here, you know you're in Sanibel, and the cheerfulness of the store affects whoever comes in. The delivery service was excellent also. Everything had been carefully wrapped and the delivery people were prompt and careful. Overall, we had to give it five stars because we couldn't imagine a better experience.
