Several hours later, I received a return call from someone who was frantic, asking me if I left a message, and when I said yes, they said Oh, thank god, we are changing out phone system and they weren't sure if I called and left a message or not. I never received a call back. Several days later, when I called again, Tricia, the president, was very curt with me on the phone and said, I'm looking at a list of messages, and I don't see yours. I proceeded to explain the reason I was calling - floor repair - and she made an appointment with me to come to my home and give me an estimate for the repairs needed to my wood floors. Well, appointment day rolled around and no president.
