Raised my rate of homeowner policy 90%! And was told I need a new roof or they would not renew my policy. They refused to come out and inspect the roof which has been replaced, in 2007? And told me there were granuals missing! They are the 3 dimensional shingles. I have no leaks it's solid, and yet even adding both of my cars to the policy which went from $4,700- to$9,700 so I bundled all my cars with the policy, and had to go with a 10% deductible to get it down.. still outrageous price! And she did not renew my policy and cancelled it, with no hesitation! 25 years I have been a loyal customer. I had 2 minor claims in 25 years! Both were somewhere below &25,000. And took 2 years to get that money to fix my house after a hurricane. She does NOT give a shit about people! Or local customers! I ABSOLUTELY would not recommend usually that agent! It's disgusting, loyalty means nothing to her. I wish Doug never turned that agency over to her! Never returned calls. I hope not e has to deal with her she will stab you in the back and throw you away like trash! I hit one star on rate my experience! Which I didn't mean to do that! All while STILL CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH FOR MY POLICY. They were not apologetic for this terrible mistake nor did they ever give me a real explanation as to what happened and were nasty in response to my concerns. And then they proceeded to randomly charge me hundreds of dollars without explanation, reason, or notice "by mistake".
