I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.

They post regular content and often do negotiated deals. However, I quickly learned that the only way you can really take advantage of these deals is if you're ready to sign then and there. It is first-come first-serve and unfortunately, it was not practical for most people to wait around for the perfect deal not knowing the timeline. Most apartments require you to provide 60 day notice of intent to vacate. This timeline felt shorter for me because I was going on an international business trip. I did not really have the time to look around and wasn't sure what to do. Luckily for me, I stumbled across The Realm Agency on Instagram. I liked that their posts showed pricing and location. Sometimes apartment locators can be really obscure in my opinion. I sent them a message and sure enough someone contacted me shortly after. That's when I had the privilege to meet Chris- the best locator around! Chris was super attentive to all of my needs and questions. He inquired about what type of apartment I was looking for, amenities, my budget, expected move in date, etc. I gave him some areas I was interested in and within a few days he had compiled an extensive list for me. I am not lying when I say that Chris worked around the clock to help me find the perfect apartment! We were texting each other during random hours since I was traveling and working in both the Philippines and South Korea. He always kept me informed about my options and was never pushy on a single property. I appreciated his honesty and feedback in regards to the pros/cons of available properties. Working with him honestly felt like talking to a friend! There was one property that I really ended up liking and Chris was able to set up a virtual tour. However, that same apartment ended up getting leased during my tour. I was pretty upset over it, but Chris was able to offer me an even better alternative shortly after (literally the next day or so). I moved to Harvest Lofts at Farmer's Market (an area that I did not even first consider). Chris truly wants to help you find a property that you will not only like but love.
