A few of the words that come to mind when thinking of the service we experience with Ashoka Lion Consulting are competent, professional, and responsive. Joshi kept our properties up to code and was willing to work with our preferred service providers, but his contacts with HVAC and other providers helped remedy situations more quickly than would have been possible relying only on ours. The company's internet portal helped up keep up with the properties and while there were a few glitches generating a couple of reports these were quickly resolved with a phone call. One of the things I appreciated was that Joshi was fair with both the owner and the tenant. When it became beneficial to sell our houses Joshi stepped in as a real estate agent to put the houses on the market; this after helping us get the houses ready to sell. Where do I begin, I was relocated to Houston I work for DoD. I reviewed a listing on truila and contacted an agent (Tiffany Whaley) who showed me the house located on 16110 Canaridge. I put in my application paid the fee $50.00, Tiffany sends me a text not a phone call stating "Hi there. Canaridge is not going to work. Please let me know if maybe you would like to view the one in Briargate. Story behind whole episode" I had to call Tiffany to gain an understanding and she stated an agent rented out the house with no application, no background check, she just cuti utilities on and had her moving truck there, forgot to mention the agent gave her the keys. I went into the office and the manager was totally disconnected from the situation and the receptionist was trying to explain to me but didn't have the whole story. Long story short me and my family are stuck in the hotel longer until I can find another place that meets my families criteria. I am asking mission support for DoD to put this agency on the avoid list. read more

We have had a great experience with Ashoka Lion Property Management Company and their Dallas Representative, Joshi.Joseph. We were not very experienced in handling the rental of our property on our own and had many difficulties at first. Once we found Joshi and were able to turn the process over to a professional real estate company it took a great burden off of our back. They handle all aspects including marketing for tenants, handling the leasing arrangements, managing the property as it relates to any maintenance issues that come up, collecting rent and auto depositing into our account. They also provide the tax information needed on a yearly basis to properly report in our tax return. The tenants appear to be pleased as well.
