However, I think it's important to share my honest experience. First, I want to recognize Kalina, who was part of the hair and makeup team. She was absolutely wonderful. She did the makeup for my bridesmaids and my mom, and everyone looked beautiful and was so happy with the results. She was kind, professional, and incredibly talented. I would recommend Kalina without hesitation. As for Ari, there were positives as well. My makeup turned out beautifully, and I was happy with the final look. Ari is clearly talented, and I appreciated the time and effort she put into getting everyone ready. Unfortunately, there were several issues throughout the day that left me disappointed. My hair began falling out almost immediately after our ceremony. Before we had even finished family photos, pieces were already coming loose, and my maid of honor had to keep fixing it throughout the rest of the day. On your wedding day, the last thing you want to worry about is whether your hairstyle is staying together. Another issue was that my mom's hair was never fully finished. While everyone else's services were completed, hers wasn't, and she ended up having to make do. That was especially disappointing because she deserved to feel just as cared for and special on such an important day. After the wedding, I reached out to Ari with a thoughtful message explaining my experience. She initially responded, which I appreciated. I replied to continue the conversation and address the remaining concerns, but I never received another response. More than anything, I was hoping for communication and a chance to feel heard. Even if we had ultimately disagreed, simply following through with the conversation would have meant a lot. I understand that weddings are busy and that no day goes perfectly. What ultimately left me disappointed wasn't just the issues themselves--it was how they were handled afterward. Customer service doesn't end when the wedding is over, and I believe that how concerns are addressed is just as important as the services provided on the day itself. I truly wish Ari and her business continued success, and I hope future couples have a wonderful experience. I said I didn't feel I should need to pay for something I was unsatisfied with. I then contacted the owner to express my experience with her company, who called me and said things like "you have hardly any eyebrows to begin with, so what she did looked good" "I thought you had great coverage" "the eyelashes look fine" not once ever mentioning what an awful experience I had with the girl and not to mention the fact that she THEN said it was all my fault cause I moved. Oh sorry that it took you over two months to send me a contract from when I paid my deposit for your services, in which time I moved. I paid 200.00 for the worst experience of my life. When I told her I wanted a refund her response was "for services we provided?" I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON EVER. After I left this same review on several of her social media posts, she blocked me...only before she responded immaturely and told me I would NOT be receiving a refund. Don't be salty girl. One of my bridesmaids even said she liked Sarah's make-up on her better than her own wedding make-up. Sarah was such a sweet, positive person to have in the getting ready area - it made the whole day get off to such a great start. I ended up doing two trials with Sarah because I changed my mind so many times about what I wanted. Sarah was patient, listened to what I wanted, and didn't hesitate to change something if I didn't 100% love it. My wedding make-up not only came out beautiful but was exactly what I wanted.
