Honestly, Bridal Beauty Agency and Stace's services were worth every penny and one of our best wedding day investments. I'm Asian with thin hair and wanted Hollywood glam curls after a low bun. She delivered so well that my hair STILL looked full the morning after, with all the extensions taken out! She asked good questions and was really open to adjusting to my hair/makeup preferences. My wedding day had a tea ceremony, a western ceremony, and hair change for reception. Stace helped me achieve 3 different looks and they were all so special and beautiful! My makeup was flawless and glowing in all the right places. With both the trial and wedding, my skin felt so healthy the day after, no rashes or breakouts. And if you're a crier (I am), trust me, you need her to stay after for some makeup touchups (not just lipstick)! Beyond her talent and technical skills, she is truly a wonderful human being. She made me feel really taken care of during the day like a big sister. She was on-time, prepared for everything, and a super calming presence. I was late and stressed when I arrived in the morning, but she made up for the lost time and kept everything on schedule. She also did male grooming for my husband, and our two moms hairs, and she made everyone look SO good! My advice is to get the male grooming so your husband can look just as good as you! She had the trick to give me beautiful long false lashes that actually stood UP as oppose to just slanting down. For the trial and wedding day, I kept my lashes on all day and night with no issues. In the past, the false lashes have irritated my eyes after a while but not the way Stace did it! Again, Stace was also an amazing calm professional during the Covid crisis that happened on my wedding day. She put me and my girls at ease with the way she carried forward. I think there was a mix up with me wanting lipstick touch up later that I should've ordered prior but Stace did not even blink and gave me a fresh tube of lipstick and just said "take it!" On top of all of that, I got to know Stace a little more during my trial and what a role model she is. I love her no-nonsense attitude towards life and her go-getter attitude. She's a superstar. I contacted Katya @Bridal Beauty Agency 3 weeks before my wedding super stressed that my original hair and makeup plans were not working out. Definitely book them super far ahead of time if you can (like 9+ months in advance) I got super lucky that they had my wedding date open still! Katya was more than accommodating with my short notice. I've had a very unpleasant experience with the Bridal Beauty Agency and wanted to share with anyone who is looking to get makeup done by them to think twice before putting a deposit down because they won't give you any of your deposit back. I had to cancel my wedding in Issaquah for personal reasons and gave notice 7 months prior to the wedding date. The deposit I paid was over $1000 since I was booking for myself and 5 bridesmaids. Vendors whose policy was "non refundable deposit" all gave me the deposit amount back minus handling fees, especially if the date was rebooked. At the least, they gave me the option to use the deposit as credit (ie. Photoshoot session for a different occasion) if the date wasn't rebooked. When I asked Katya about a refund if I helped her rebook the date, her answer was "partial refund" and said that the other option is that I could get makeup and hair sessions in 2023. I told her I wouldn't be able to use up all that credit in 2023 since we're half way in to 2023 and asked if we could extend the timeline. Not only did she say no, but she told me I would be offered only one makeup and hair session as part of their "good will". How does a deposit of $1000 equal only one makeup and hair session? I'm not sure. At this point, I've given up on trying to get any deposit back and don't want to get any makeup service done by them since my interactions with them via email have been very unpleasant. While I understand the contract says non refundable deposit, this just seems greedy and an example of another vendor trying to take money because they can. Fwiw, I'm sure the stylists are good based on the other reviews and I was impressed with their portfolio. The customer service and communication however were off putting which is the reason for my 1 star. read more

I would absolutely recommend Beauty Bridal Agency and Meghann as your lead hair stylist. I contracted wedding hair services for myself and my large bridal party with Katya. My experience with the owner, Katya, was a positive one - she was very responsive and helpful. I looked on their Instagram account to see which stylist seemed to be most in-line with the hair style I wanted and as soon as I saw Meghann's work, I knew she was who I wanted. At the trial, I showed her a handful of photos and she did a bit of a combo of all of them (with clip-in extensions), and she did such a good job. During the trial, I realized Meghann is more than super talented, she is also easy to talk to and just an overall great person. My partner and I had a small quarantine-era elopement with just ourselves, our officiant, and our photographer. Katya was the final piece to the puzzle that really helped us put the finishing touches on our little ceremony. I worked with Katya on booking, and Renee was on-site for myself (bride) and 5 bridesmaids. I ended up booking makeup fairly close to my wedding date, and Katya was not only responsive but handled all the back and forth communication and changes like a champ and with a smile. Renee was wonderful - all my bridesmaids have completely different looks, styles, and preferences. She handled the day-of craziness with grace and poise, and really created each look to make the girls look like the best version of themselves instead of fitting each of them into a specific mold/look. I'm not a huge fan of wearing a lot of make up, but Renee made sure that she found a happy medium with making me photography-ready, but ensuring I still felt like myself.
