Loud music, rhythm based lifting, cycling in a separate room, and these cushy numbered mats that every gym needs immediately because my knees felt respected for once. Locker rooms, showers, everything you need. Also the vibe is just cool. You actually want to be here, you want to take pics, you want to hang out after. My only tiny note is I wish they were on the ClassPass App because this place deserves to be discovered by way more people. Honestly I see so much potential here it's kind of wild. The signup process was easy, but the cancellation process nearly impossible because the gym doesn't answer the phone, has a full voicemail, and doesn't list their email anywhere. I tried cancelling on the payment portal, but the best I could do was send a message which was never acknowledged. I finally found someone on their Facebook page who refused to allow me to cancel without paying an additional month. They pointed to language in their payment policy that does not actually say that registration is recurring or that payments are automatic. I guess they can keep the lights on as long as they can get enough folks to sign up and struggle to cancel for poor service for a few months at a time.

This Dive Shop is, by far. one of the most professional shops I've had the pleasure of going to. The instructor, John, is a former military diver with over 20 years of experience. He brings knowledge and professionalism that very few locations offer. The patience with new students is amazing. I personally witnessed him teach a new diver who had an extreme fear of water, due to a near drowning in his youth, and coach him to be a highly skilled diver who is now working his way up the ladder. His staff of Divemasters are all highly qualified and very motivated and his sales personnel are extremely knowledgeable in every piece of gear in their store. They dive a minimum of three times a month, not just for students but for former students who want to maintain their proficiency or even to learn new skills. They always have something going on, to include dive trips to some of the most beautiful places in the world. Come in and talk to them about the past trips (believe me, they have pictures and videos) or talk about upcoming trips.
