They were not made to feel welcome. They tried on their own to make friends but were told by other children that they had too many friends already. As new kids to the program, the young adults supervising did nothing to help introduce my kids and help them make new friends. The young adults "in charge" do very little supervising and a whole lot of socializing as witnessed by myself upon pick up. Being new to Midland, my options for child care on short notice was limited and Miller's, at the time, fit my needs. However, they fell short on me and my girls expectations. This is very low quality child care at premium pricing with no sibling discount. I expected more value and an actual program. This is glorified, mass quantity babysitting. Won't be back for day camp and due to this experience, I will not consider regular classes here. Cannot recommend.

What a long check in time and him being scared to use his voice made it longer. After jumping for a while and wondering when all activities would be available I went and asked. It was stated that the one attraction that swings around and kids jump over wouldn't open because of staffing and that the most important one imo is dodge ball and the employee stated that those trampolines are broken and out of service and therefore would stay closed. I told him we should have known prior to payment. We paid full price and don't get to use the full park. $54 for two kids aged 7&9. He finally decided to use his firm word of "yes" when asked if we were to pay full price . This place is a joke! The funny thing about it is as I'm sitting here in the massage chair I'm watching a kid jump in the dodge ball court. Looks operational to me! The mom trying to get her kid to listen and step out of the dodge ball area isn't' happy either but for different reasons than I. . Not sure if I'd put myself in this same position here again.
