The first red flag was when he went under my hood and realized the battery wasn't in there, so he YouTubed how to change a Mercedes battery. He figured out how to install the new battery located under the passengers seat, however I guess he rushed and did not put the plastic panels back on to cover the exposed battery. It is not a quick fix I can do myself, the plastic panels have to be screwed back on UNDERNEATH the carpet of the passengers side floor.. I have reached out to J several times over a 2 month period from using his service - asking to remedy the issue and he stopped responding to me. Now I been driving around with a battery exposed where my small kids feet area is. Anyone that has kids know they can have toys, bottles, etc that can accidentally fall onto the floor where this exposed battery is!! I am giving a negative review because it should have been done right the first time, and then secondly he chose to not fix his mistake after I contacted him about it several times. If anything happens due to his wrongdoing, I will take legal action. I would GLADLY give 0 stars if I could

Quality Service began at the beginning with the person who answered the phone which I later found out was the owner of the company and I was really nice. Leroy the driver was very friendly he told me hey if you can get it into the driveway and into your garage if you can save $75 he was very honest with me but I decided to pay the money the man and come over taking time out of his day and it wasn't that much money.
