(Where it's legal to drop off vehicles) The individual (employee) was super hesitant on helping me tow my truck there. He felt like I was "tricking" him into just dropping my vehicle in an unauthorized space. Even though I had a physical confirmation to drop off my truck to be seen the next day. Wasn't helpful at all. Made me feel terrible after a long rough day anyways. He called me rude. Left me stranded and canceled the tow. Beware and find elsewhere.

I called them right away, and asked for the quote and the time it'll take them to get to where I was at. They came here quickly (15-20 mins), got my car unlocked.
