At my last visit, I asked to see my photo from the first visit compared to now, and could not believe how much more youthful I looked! They tell me they can't work miracles, but I'm not so sure about that. It doesn't happen overnight, but people notice the change, even if they can't say exactly what it is. So I called Removery's main number and inquired about their price. The person who answered the phone told me they charged $200 per session and that it would take 2 sessions to remove my tattooed brows. Sounded good. So I went to Removery in Knoxville due to information I was given over the phone that my brows could be removed for $200 per session with 2 sessions. However, when I went for the consultation, the price was DOUBLED and they told me it would be $400 per session! After doing test spots, I was led to believe that they could be lightened in one session. Since I'm elderly and on social security, I only had $400 to spend and I agreed to one session. There was NO change after that session and I had just wasted my $400! So I filed a complaint with Removery about being given false information over the phone. She said they would give me a free session - which wasn't free at all since I had already paid them double what I was originally told! I went for the 2nd session and ended up a BLOTCHY MESS! Light and dark spots made me look like a FREAK! So I ended up worse off than I was before I went there and wasted $400 that I couldn't afford! Removery's prices are outrageous and only for the rich! I wouldn't send an enemy there!!!

The technician spent extra time to make sure he did a good job like they would at a doctor's office. There are bubbles and redness which means the ink is coming out in those areas. I'm glad that he used an intense setting so that it is effective and doesn't take so long and that he changed the settings a bunch to get all of the colors and not skip over parts.
