Sadly, my experience with them was less than adequate. Communication was very difficult with Alma when I was trying to set up service as she rarely responded to my text messages. When she did respond, it was hours or even a couple of days later. I had hired them to do deep cleaning (especially on my floors). They started out wonderfully and were super thorough, but as time went on, they fizzled out and got lazy and started cutting corners to save on time. In the end, my floors looked horrible after they mopped them; I went over them again and completed the job. They also didn't move items from my furniture to dust underneath them; they ended up dusting around the items. I went back and dusted everything the proper way. Needless to say, I will never use them again, and I personally feel I wasted money hiring them - totally not worth it! read more

Unfortunately, my experience and the homeowners experience with Alma and DP Cleaning is disappointing and unprofessional. Punctuality was an issue, and the cleaning quality left much to be desired. Additionally, there were instance of carelessness resulting in damaged items. Not recommended. We hired DP Cleaning to clean a client's house on October 4th, 2023 after we had just closed escrow. We scheduled a deep clean for the property, even though there wasn't much to clean, the house was vacant and some of the major appliances were not even present, like the refrigerator or microwave. On the day of the scheduled work, Alma and her crew showed up 50 minutes late, the homeowner text me and said had she'd known a 10 minute delay would turn into 50 minutes, she could have grabbed some coffee. The homeowner left DP cleaning to do their thing, later in the afternoon the homeowner returned, and DP Cleaning spent the entire day cleaning. The homeowner was unsatisfied with the cleaning work performed on October 4th and requested DP Cleaning to come back the following day on October 5th, 2023 to continue cleaning. Homeowners showed me pictures of how dirty their bare foots where while walking on the floors. There were cobwebs still in the closets, counters were still dusty, the baseboards were still dirty, the floors seemed like no one touched it. We wondered what where they doing the whole day? At the end of the day, all the crew had to show for was arts and crafts, folded paper towels, and toilet paper made into roses. Now we understood what they spent their entire day doing. The following day DP Cleaning crew came back and broke the pendant lighting over the kitchen island and said they would look for a replacement or have her husband who was a contractor come and fix the issue. I tried to give Alma time to work out these issues, but I came to the realization that she was stringing me along. If someone was really looking to find a replacement of the broken pendant, they would have asked to take one of the other existing pendants or take measurements. Alma asked for 1 week to find the replacement on 10/6, one week passed, I followed up on 10/13, 10/16, 10/17, finally one response that she needed another week. I followed up again on 10/26, 10/30, 10/31, 11/2 and finally 11/7. Nothing was done, several weeks have past and DP Cleaning has ignored my text messages and stop communications. I have tried texting and communicating though Yelp messaging system and currently seeking help from Yelp as well. Whomever is doing business with DP Cleaning or Alma ,take extra..extra precautions. In my 20 years of real estate and managing several million square feet of commercial office space and having cleaning services for each one of our residential properties, this by far is the worst. read more

She charged $220 for an entire home clean (2br,1ba) plus deep cleaning of the fridge and oven. She should definitely charge more because she did amazing! We scheduled a Thursday cleaning for a Saturday bridal shower. We were asked to reschedule for Friday morning. We accepted the change. The appointment was at 9 am. Received message she was running late. 9:45 still not here. Sometime around 11:30 asked if they could come at 1pm. Of course we declined. We had a house to prepare for an indoor party. This is the second time we used DP Clean but this time it was for a move out. Alma got the bathrooms cleaner than a previous chain housecleaning service we used who said the tubs and showers needed to be regrouted. The deep cleaning included baseboards, appliances, windows and blinds, bathrooms, floors and more. She makes sure to get all the details such as vents under the oven fan, ceiling fan blades and stove pans. She made the home move in ready and we should receive our deposit back because she cleaned everything EXTREMELY well!
