I exhausted all other options and wanted to stay on the more natural path to "fixing" things. During my first visit, she spent time with me inquiring about my diet, stress levels, past medical history, etc. She immediately started recommending at home remedies to focus on. I really appreciated her thoroughness and how she took the time to explain how certain parts of acupuncture could be beneficial for the issues I wanted to focus on. Due to my issues, I was pretty open to trying anything Jenn was offering to see if I could find some resolve. I've been with Jenn now for around 4 weeks but I've experienced a variety of different techniques with her such as cupping, acupuncture, tens unit, trying supplemental intake and more. Often times, with acupuncture you don't see an immediate results and it takes several sessions to see a difference. I can say that I have been sleeping much better due to her recommendations and the consistent sessions. My mind seems to be handling my stress with a more relaxed mindset and I don't have anything else to really attribute it to other than my consistent appointments with Jenn.
